The purpose of this paper is to discuss the theory, method, and application of landscape and ecological engineering of land consolidation in China, aiming to provide solutions for the current problems of rural land use under the request of New Countryside Construction in China. The main method is to review the land use problems in rural China and the development of modem land consolidation, and then discuss and propose the strategies, approaches and technical demands related to ]and consolidation. The result shows that there are some experiences or measures should be adopted in land consolidation projects, such as the principle of landscape ecological planning, enhancement of ecological service, watershed management, and rural landscape value and landscape character assessment. Scientific and rational planning methodology of agricultural landscape is a core technology of China new countryside construction systems. Scientific approach of agricultural landscape planning is directly related to scientificity, practicability and feasibility of agricultural landscape planning. However, landscape planning approach lacks in the new countryside construction of China. In order to meet the requirements of the new countryside construction, the scientific and integrated planning methodology of agricultural landscape was proposed. In this paper, the definition of agricultural landscape was determined. Agricultural landscape could be defined as mosaics of patches serving agricultural production outside the town. It includes farmland, woodland, orchard, water conservancy facilities, rural roads, rural settlements and other ecosystems. On the basis of dominant landscape functional classification and mapping, agricultural landscapes were classed into 4 classes namely
废弃采石场不仅对生态环境造成重大破坏,同时也对城市形象产生影响,并且造成土地资源浪费,对废弃采石场进行合理的改造是一个长期的过程,让它保持持续旅游环保的经济和社会价值是对其进行生态恢复和景观重建的根本目的。文章通过对伊斯坦布尔卡尔塔尔地区的采石场进行深入的研究与SWOT分析,提出了设计原则和具体改造方案,包括工业建筑改造、集装箱改造、竖向设计和水体设计等,营造出层次丰富的生态景观和具有传统地域文化记忆的场所,从而为废弃采石场的生态恢复和景观重建探索一条科学可行的方法。
Abandoned quarry not only severely damaged the ecological environment, but also greatly impacted the city image and wasted land resources. It is a long term to reasonably reconstruct the abandoned quarry;ecological restoration and landscape reconstruction is mainly for make it keep the economic and social value of sustainable tourism. This paper had an in-depth study and SWOY analysis on the quarry in the Kartal area of Istanbul and proposed design principles and speciifc reconstruction scheme, including industrial building reconstruction, container transformation, vertical design, water design, etc., creating layered ecological landscapes and places of traditional regional culture memory, so as to exploit a scientiifc and feasible way for the ecological restoration and landscape reconstruction of the abandoned quarry.

The current irrigation and drainage system in land renovation was mainly designed and constructed to heighten efficiency of irrigation and drainage, structure safety and convenient management, which, however, somewhat neglected ecological landscape design, exerting an inappropriate influence on the biological habitat and agricultural non-point source pollution. The renewable energy consumption, low carbon landscape building materials and ecological design should be used in order to realize the sustainable development of suburban ecological farm.
