Bilingual teaching of management contributes to stu-dents'' mastery of latest knowledge of management internationally, and the cultivation of professional talents with international per-spectives and international competitiveness. To improve the effect of bilingual teaching of management, this paper, by employing the teaching model proposed by Mitzel, proposed some model inno-vations for the application of the three major variables, namely, teachers'' personal experience, teaching process and teaching re-sult, in bilingual teaching management, aiming to promote the further development of bilingual teaching of management.
