Using inferior fresh fruits of Changshan-huyou ( Citrus changshan-huyou Y.B.Chang ) as raw material , the processing technology and shelf-life of whole fruit drinks were studied .It was shown that the optimized formula-tion for the drink was as follows:15%honey, 0.2%thickening agent, 45%fruit and 40%sugar.The accelerated shelf-life test ( ASLT) determined that the shelf-life of the product was over 18 months.The EVOH high barrier multi-layer flexible packaging was well suited with the whole fruit drink , and addition of vitamin C to the product benefited for the anti-browning of the whole fruit drink .

The quality change of citrus chang shan-huyou in recent years and its quality changes during storage in different planting bases were researched in this article. Results showed the quality of citrus chang shan-huyou was dis-crepanted per year,but they were stable in a certain range. At normal room temperature,the quality of citrus chang shan-huyou began to gradually achieve the best after 60 days. The change tendency of different planting base of this fruit during storage at room temperature was basically identical,but the best time for quality was differed from half month to one month. It is suggested to put off the time-to-market to achieve maximum benefit.

This paper takes grapefruit as the research object and conducts study on key technologies for quality sort-ing grapefruit production line based on machine vision. The first step is to conduct the image processing for grapefruit moving on the transmission belt such as image acquisition, image segmentation, image smoothing, gray and sharpening se-ries of image processing, and then extracts characteristic values of the size, color and defects from the processed images. on this basis, it develops defect detection method and sorting actuators under the conditions that suit the real grapefruit size, shape, color and fruit quality characteristics.

This paper explores the main factors that affect essential oil extraction from huyou peels us-ing ultrasonic assisted steam distillation, and determines the optimum extraction process using single factor experiment method and orthogonal experimental method. The experimental results show that: the extraction rate of essential oil from huyou peels can reach 2.27% when the ultrasonic power is 250W with ultrasonic time 25min, distillation extraction time 2.5h and the mass fraction of sodium chloride 3%. The paper pro-vides reliable basis and reference for the comprehensive utilization and further research of huyou peels.

The Grapefruit Essential Oil Nanoemulsion (GEON) was prepared and its quality was evaluated. The method of preparing the GEON was optimized by studying the pseudo phase diagram. The grapefruit essential oil was used as the oil phase directly. The mixed surfactants of nonionic surfactant were Tween-80 and Span-80 , and the co-surfactant was glycerol. The other ingredient of GEON was distilled water. The GEON which belonged to O/W nanoemulsion was clear and transparent with obvious Tyndall phenomenon , and average diameter of it was 21 nm with uniform size distribution by laser particle analyzer. Through influencing factors experiment , the GEON had good physical stability.

[Objective] To optimize the technique for preparation of the effervescent tablets with the extracts from Changshan Huyou peel and pomace.[Method] The extract powder,which was extracted from Changshan Huyou peel and pomace and purified by macroporous resin chromatograph,was used as raw material.Respective separation of acidic granules and alkali granules was employed in the technique for preparation of the effervescent tablets,in which the process parameters such as ratios of extract and accessories,sizes of acidic granules and alkaline granules,granule drying temperature and effervescent tablet compressing pressure were optimized.[Result] The result showed that,for acidic granule preparation,5% of the extract powder was mixed up with 27.7% of citric acid and 20% of dextrin,ground and passed through 24 mesh screen,then 2.25% ethanol as adhesive was added for granule preparation.For alkaline granule preparation,5% of the extract powder was mixed up with 17.3% of sodium ca

Objective:To separate the Citrus changshan -huyou pulp with different polarities and to investigate the effects of flesh extracts from fruits in Citrus changshan -huyou Y.B.Chang on glucose uptake rate .To study IL-6 and FFA secretion in 3 T3-L1 and its mechanism .Methods:The Citrus changshan -huyou pulp was separated into five fractions with different polarities .The differentiation of 3 T3-L1 cells was induced ,then the adipocytes were treated with five frac-tions for 48 h ,and the glucose ,IL-6 and FFA in medium were detected , finally the fractions which could increase the glucose uptake and decrease IL -6 and FFA level in 3T3-L1 adipocytes were selected .Results:Polarity composition accounted for (88.96 ±2.34)%,and light petroleum fraction, methylene dichloride fraction, ethyl acetate fraction and water fraction could significantly increase the glucose uptake in 3 T3-L1 adipocytes;and the methylene dichloride frac-tion, ethyl acetate fraction , n-butyl alcohol fraction
