历史建筑立面色彩再现一直存在争议。在2010~2012年海口骑楼历史街区最具代表性的中山路骑楼建筑立面修缮设计与施工过程中,尝试在保留历史沧桑与风采展示之间、历史保护理论与实践之间找到平衡。通过对历史材料进行分析与色彩沿袭鉴定,采用"恢复""保存"及"出新"3种手段,真实恢复了有历史依据的部分彩色灰塑,保留了代表中山路历史印记的20世纪50~60年代遗存,对窗户采用了保护与展示相结合的色彩再造。
It is always controversy how to restore original y coloured fa?ade. During the restoration and upgrading process of Zhongshan Road, which is one of best persevered historic streets in Haikou, Hainan Province, PR China, efforts were taken to restore original coloured lime plaster fa?ade and solid wooden window frames. Samples of historic materials were taken and their composition and original colours were studied in the laboratory and some of them implemented practical y. The upgrading remains and propaganda signs from 1950-1960’s were also preserved. Al the efforts were to implement the conservation theory into practice and to reach a balance between conservation of patina and restoration and renewal.

针对自动色彩均衡( ACE)算法不能很好地保持图像原始色彩信息,并且算法复杂度高较难满足实时性应用的缺点,提出双选像素点的局部自适应ACE算法。将获得的图像变换到YCbCr色彩空间中,有利于保持图像的原始色彩信息,利用亮度图像的梯度信息与图像局部的均值方差信息进行双层像素点选择,降低算法的运算复杂度,采用局部自适应滤波调整ACE算法中的亮度控制函数,增强图像的局部对比度。实验结果表明,与传统的ACE算法相比,色彩恢复多尺度Retinex算法MSRCR的视觉效果更好,运行速度提高约150倍,计算复杂度得到了明显改进。
An Automatic Color Equalization( ACE) algorithm based on double selective pixels and local adaptability is proposed in this paper to solve the problem that traditional ACE algorithm can’ t keep original color information,and it is difficult to meet the real-time application for its highly complexity. The proposed algorithm transforms the obtained image into the YCbCr color space to hold the original color information, and reduces the computation complexity of the algorithm through selecting pixels with the gradient information of intensity image and the local mean-variance information. The local contrast is enhanced because of using local adaptive filtering to adjust the brightness control function of ACE algorithm. Experimental results show that the improved algorithm gets a better result which satisfies the human visual properties compares with Multi-scale Retinex with Color Restoration ( MSRCR ) algorithm and traditional ACE algorithm. 在彩色图像获取过程中,由于光照不均等原因导致采集的图像动态范围大,细节信息模糊。为此,提出了基于多色彩空间信息融合和同态滤波的彩色图像增强算法。首先,在RGB色彩空间上,分别对R、G、B分量进行同态滤波和自适应截取拉伸,消除光照影响,有效增强局部细节信息。然后,在 HSV色彩空间上,利用由构造的非线性变换函数处理后的V分量,进行光照补偿。并且利用原图像 H和S分量,恢复图像色彩信息。实验分析表明,本算法能够很好的压缩图像动态范围,增强亮暗区域的细节信息,并保持颜色的一致性。
In the process of color image acquisition , due to inhomogeneous illumination and other reasons , the collected images have features of large dynamic range and details blur .So this paper proposes a method for enhancing the color images based on information fusion of multi‐color space and homomorphic filters .First ,in RGB color space ,the three components are processed by using the homomorphic filtering and the adaptive clipping stretch methods respectively to eliminate illumination effect and enhance the local details effectively .Then ,in HSV color space ,the V component of modified by the nonlinear transformation function structured is used to make illumination compensation to the image .And the H and S component of the original image is used to restore the color information .The experimental results suggest that the proposed method shows better in the aspects of dynamic range compression ,enhancement of the detail of bright and dark areas and keeping the color consisten

The Retinex model refers to human perception of lightness and color.The multi-scale Retinex( MSR) algo-rithm, which is high dynamic range, color constancy and high color fidelity, is widely used in low-light image enhance-ment.A novel multi-scale retinex method based on sub-band weighting fusion for image enhancement was proposed. First, hybrid intensity transfer function was used to have retinex outputs in different scales.Then the retinex outputs were decomposed into non-overlapping spectral sub-bands.Image enhancement was processed in each sub-band.Final, the resulted image was fused by weighting every point of each Retinex outputs.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm effectively enhances the contrast of original image and achieve a visual-pleasing and color-vivid outputs.

To enhance the dark areas of an image , a novel algorithm to enhance the color image based on global and local adapta -tion of the human visual regulation principles is proposed .The algorithm mainly consists of three parts:a preliminary global lumi-nance adjustment followed by local contrast enhancement and color restoration .The global luminance adjustment increases the lu-minance of darker pixels based on nonlinear adaptive histogram stretching .The local contrast enhancement adjusts the intensity of each pixel based on its relative magnitude , which is based on its correlation between relative magnitude and the output of its neighboring pixels .Then an adaptive nonlinear color restoration process is applied to convert the enhanced intensity image back to a color image.The contrast experimental results based on a large set of images indicate that , the proposed image enhancement al-gorithm is adaptive , effective and rapid .
基于大气散射物理模型和暗原色先验原理,提出一种结合双区域滤波和图像融合的单幅图像去雾算法.首先在计算暗通道函数时,定义了一类暗区域对图像边缘的低强度像素点进行描述,该区域像素点的暗原色中值取其三原色通道的最小值,以代替原来的中值滤波运算值.此滤波方法不仅能有效去除Halo效应,而且避免了黑斑效应;然后基于大气散射物理模型定义一种伪去雾图,将其与原去雾图进行像素级融合对原图进行色度校正,实现了柔性去雾,改善了现有方法易出现过去雾的缺陷.实验结果表明,该算法去雾后图像具有较好清晰度及色彩恢复度,去雾鲁棒性强.在大雾和图像色彩失真严重的情况下,仍可有效恢复图像.
A dehazing method based on double-regional filter and image fusion is proposed based on the atmospheric scattering model and dark channel prior principle. Firstly, a dark region is defined to describe the low intensity pixel of the image0s edge area when the median filter is adopted to calculate the dark channel transmission. The minimum value of the color (RGB) channels are assigned to the dark channel in dark region pixels instead of its median. This method not only removes the halo effect but also avoids black spot. On the other hand, a pseudo-dehazed image based on the atmospheric scattering model is proposed to solve the over-defogging problem. The defect of over-defogging can be cut down by the pixels fusion between the original dehazed image and the pseudo-dehazed image. Experiments show that the dehazing images with the proposed method in this paper have better sharpness, color restore degrees and robustness, even on the dense fog and color distortion.

A fast image enhancement algorithm based on fusion of different color spaces is proposed to overcome the problems of color distortion, noise amplification, and halo artifacts. Firstly, a single scale retinex is used in channel V of the HSV color space. An enhancement adjustment factor is introduced, when we stretch the calculated reflection in the logarithmic domain into a dynamic range, i.e., 0~255. It is used to adjust the enhancement for different pixels. Thus noise amplification and color distortion can be effectively avoided. Then, the improved Gaussian filter is given in the RGB color space by analyzing the cause of the halo effect. This step can eliminate the halo artifact. And a parameter is adopted to keep the color natural of the image when the reflection is calculated. Finally, the weighted average of the outputs of the above two color spaces is taken as the final output of our algorithm.
