2011~2013年对福建省农业科学院茶叶研究所筛选的30多份茶树新品系进行乌龙茶与绿茶适制性鉴定。采用密码审评法对茶样进行感官审评,结果表明,乌龙茶新品系0318E、308的香气、滋味连续3年超过对照黄旦,其中0318E香气3年比对照平均高2.6分,308香气平均比对照高3分。差异显著性分析表明,0318E、308制乌龙茶香气显著高于对照黄旦,审评总分也显著高于黄旦。绿茶新品系0314C连续3年感官品质超过对照福鼎大白茶,香气平均比对照高3.2分,但仍未达到显著水平。
Vegetative teas propagated from more than 30 different germplasms were grown on Mountain No.2 at the Tea Research Institute ,Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences from 2011 to 2013. Samples of the Oolong and green teas were produced from their leaves .A blind sensory evaluation was conducted on the tea samples .The result showed that the new Oolong teas ,0318E and 308 ,scored higher than Huangdan (CK) on both aroma and taste for the 3 consecutive years .The aroma of 0318E was 2.6 ,and that of 308 3.0 ,higher than the control on the score with a statistic significance .The aroma of 0314C scored 3.2 higher than Fudingdabaicha ,but not statistically significant .

本文介绍了"福萱"茶树新品系的来源、形态特征、春梢生育期、产量、制绿茶品质、抗逆性、生化成分及光合特性等。初步结果表明:"福萱"新品系为无性系,灌木型,中叶类,早生种;一芽一叶期、一芽二叶期、一芽三叶期3年平均比福鼎大白茶早2、2、4天;产量高于对照种福鼎大白茶15.53%;抗寒性、抗热旱害、抗假眼小绿叶蝉及其他病虫害能力与对照品种相当。其春季一芽二叶梢含茶多酚、氨基酸高于对照种福鼎大白茶,水浸出物、咖啡碱、酚?氨值均与对照种相近。制绿茶品质优异,外形较肥壮、毫尚显,汤色嫩黄,香显、味醇爽。适合福建福安及相似茶区推广种植。
In this paper, we showed the source and selection process of the new breeding line of tea named "Fuxuan"(Camellia sinensis), and tested its botanical characteristics, spring phenology, shoot traits, yields of fresh leaf, sensory and biochemical quality evaluation, resistance and photosynthetic characteristics. The preliminary results indicated that Fuxuan belonged to clone, shrub type and had a medium leaf area, early sprouting, higher yield, strong cold resistance, and the green tea made from its fresh leaves presented excellent quality, it might be suitable for cultivation and spread in the tea-growing areas such as Fu’an district and similar tea area.

对广东潮州凤凰山区不同地域的50种凤凰单枞茶树品系的叶缘锯齿数、侧脉数、叶形、叶绿素含量、叶面积(LA)、叶干物质量(LDMC)、比叶面积(SLA)等叶片形态和功能性状进行了比较研究,并对不同海拔地带的12种凤凰单枞茶树主要叶片性状进行了地域变异研究。结果显示,50种凤凰茶树叶片形状为卵圆形至长卵形(叶形指数1.99~3.16),叶绿素含量平均为64.348(SPAD测定读数),平均单叶面积24.237 cm^2,叶干物质含量40.65%,比叶面积80.947 cm^2·g^-1。50种凤凰单枞茶树的叶面积变异最大(变异系数为21.12%),比叶面积变异次之(18.3%),叶形状(9.8%)和叶绿素含量(10.4%)变异较小,叶干物质含量变异最小(5.9%);南馥茶园的兰花香、柚花香、宋种、八仙、桂花香、夜来香、蜜兰香等品系叶片单位面积合成的有机物质较多,对外界资源有效利用率较高;南馥茶园的玉兰香、水仙、姜花香、杨梅叶和区山塘茶园的玉兰香等品系叶片单位面积合成的有机物较少,对外界资源有效利用率较低;高海拔地带的部分凤凰单枞茶树具有叶面积大、叶干物质含量少、比叶面积大、叶绿素含量多的趋势,表明种植地域的海拔对凤凰单枞茶树叶片性状有较大影响。
Leaf traits are basic and important characters in the ecological strategies of plants. In this paper, leaf traits including leaf vein, serration of leaf margin, index of leaf shape, chlorophyll content, leaf area (LA), leaf dry matter content (LDMC), specific leaf area (SLA) of 50 Fenghuang Dancong tea cultivars in eastern Guangdong were investigated, and while geographic variance in leaf trait of 12 tea cultivars from three altitudes were detected to provide basic information for cultivation of Fenghuang Dancong tea. The results showed that the leaf shape was from ovate to long ovate (index of leaf shape is 1.99~3.16), mean chlorophyll content was 64.348(SPAD data), mean leaf area was 24.237 cm2, mean leaf dry matter content was 40.65%, and specific leaf area was 80.947 cm2·g-1.
