目的：探讨我院药品不良反应的监测及管理现状。方法对患者实行药品的不良反应监测，包括分类方法、现状分析等措施，同时对处方药与非处方药的管理现状、抗生素的应用现状及执业药师的执业现状进行分别进行现状探讨、对药品分类管理实施中存在着的问题及时加以解决。结果经过实行药品的不良反应监测及药品的分类管理，有效地加强对处方药的监督管理，防止消费者因自我行为不当导致滥用、误用药物，危及生命健康，消除安全用药的隐患。最重要的是有利于克服药品的使用不当或药品滥用而造成的用药危害及资源浪费，保证人民的用药安全。结论通过药品的不良反应监测与分类管理对安全用药可得到明显的治疗效果，不良反应的发生率低，且用药安全有效。

Objective to investigate the status of monitoring and management of adverse drug reaction in our hospital. 目的总结住院药房管理经验。方法从人员管理和药品管理两方面入手，并兼顾二者之间的内在关联。结果住院药房人员管理以业务素质和职业素质两方面最为重要，药品管理应细分门类，兼顾请领和验收等环节。结论人员素质是实现药品良好管理的关键和基础，药品分类管理是住院药房管理的核心。

Objective To summarize the experience in hospital pharmacy management. Methods The analysis of this paper can be divided into two aspects, that is employees management and drug management. Results The professional quality and professional quality are the most important in hospital pharmacy. Employees management, and drug administration should be segmentation categories. Conclusion The quality of employees is the key and foundation of good drug management, and the drug classiifcation management is the core of hospital pharmacy management.

目的加强病房高危药品管理,减少护理差错事故。方法分析病房高危药品管理中存在的问题,并制定改进措施。结果存在的主要问题有使用过程无双人核对,药品存放不合理,警示标志不醒目,身份核对不规范等。通过制定高危药品管理制度,明确药品备用种类及数量,药品分类放置,过程双人核对,醒目的药品标识,严谨的有效期管理,不良事件上报以及信息系统管理等措施,加强了对病房高危药品的监管,提高了高危药品管理质量,确保了临床用药安全。

Objective Strengthen the high-risk drug management in ward and reduce the nursing errors. Methods Analyze the problems in high-risk drug management in ward and make improvement measures. Results Main problems include no double check during dispense medicines, medicine irrational placement, less prominent warning marks and non-standard identity check. Strengthen the high-risk drug management in ward and improve its management quality to ensure medication safety through making high-risk drug management system, clarifying types and quantity of spare medicines, implementing classified placement and double check, setting prominent warning marks and conducting strict validity management, adverse event report and information system management.

目的：改进医院药品采购的合理性、科学性。方法：综合影响药品采购计划的因素，利用ABC分类法对药品进行分类，再利用移动平均法原理建立药品采购计划模型。结果：由该模型确定的采购计划，既保证药品供应、减低库存量，又加速医院资金周转，提高药库管理水平和工作效率。结论：优化了医院药品库存管理，加强质量管理。

Objective: To improve the rationality and scientificalness of drug purchasing in the hospital. Methods: To consider many factors impact on the drug purchasing scheme comprehensively, classify medicine by ABC classification and establish model for hospital drug purchasing scheme by making use of moving-average method. Results: The hospital drug purchasing scheme ensures the drug supply and reduces inventory, while speeds up the cash flow of hospitals and improves the efficiency and level of drug storage management. Conclusion:It optimizes hospital drug storage management and enhances quality control.

笔者在电子商务迅速发展的背景下及实地调查玉林制药行业的基础上,采用ASP编程语言,结合SQLserver数据库,开发一个面向玉林制药行业的电子商务网站.该网站用于网上药品销售,分为前台和后台,前台包括首页、药品资讯、药品信息、药品分类等8个模块,具有浏览,搜索和在线订购药品的功能;后台包括网站设置、药品管理、人员管理和资讯管理4个模块,实现管理员对药品及网站信息设置和会员订单处理的功能.

After a field survey on the Yulin pharmaceutical industry under the background of e-commerce booming, we design a website for the pharmaceutical industry in Yulin by the ASP and SQL Server. The main function of the website is on-line drugs sale. It is divided into the foreground and background. Foreground includes 8 modules, namely home, drug information, drug information and drug classification etc. realizing the functions of browsing, searching and online ordering of drugs; Background includes 4 modules: website settings, drug management, personnel management and information management, achieving the functions of editing drugs and website information settings and member order processing of by administrator.
