采用层次分析和加权评分相结合的评价系统,以木属植物的园林景观应用为目的,根据观赏价值、资源潜力、生物学特性三大类13个指标,对26种木属植物的园林观赏价值进行评价。筛选出适宜华南地区园林应用的种类,有亮叶木、马关木、木、大叶木、海南木、毛桃木、乳源木、大果木等,评价结果与实际情况较为一致。此评价可以为育种目标的确定和育种亲本的选配提供依据,还可以很好地了解木属各个种的优缺点,为建立木属园林植物核心种质资源库提供数据支持,也便于人们根据各自的目标进行选择。
For the purpose of applicaton, on the combined application of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Weight Grade, the ornamental values of 26 species of Manglietia are evaluated with three types of 13 specific indicators as the standard of screening. A few number of suitable species are recommended to develope in South China, such as M. lucida, M. maguanica, M. fordiana. and etc., and the evaluation results are consistent with actual situation. The results can also help to determine the breeding goals and choose the breeding parents, at the same time, it’s a good way to know the advantages and disadvantages of every species, so it provide a data base for a core collection of Manglietia landscape plants, and facilitate people’s choices according to their purposes.
测定穿心内酯和脱水穿心内酯在正辛醇-水和正辛醇-缓冲液体系中的表观油水分配系数,为体内吸收研究提供参考。方法:采用摇瓶法测定穿心内酯和脱水穿心内酯的表观油水分配系数,采用HPLC法测定穿心内酯和脱水穿心内酯的浓度。结果:37℃下穿心内酯和脱水穿心内酯表观油水分配系数分别为3.90(log Papp=0.59)和19.75(log Papp=1.30)。结论:pH对穿心内酯和脱水穿心内酯表观油水分配系数有一定影响。在一定范围内,pH值增加可使穿心内酯和脱水穿心的表观油水分配系数减小。穿心内酯在pH6的磷酸盐缓冲液时表观油水分配系数最大[2.62(log Papp=0.42)],脱水穿心内酯则在pH5时达到最大[25.19(log Papp=1.40)]。
Objective: To determine the apparent n-octanol-water/ buffer partition coefficient of andrographolide and dehydroan-drographolide. Methods: The apparent n-octanol-water/buffer partition coefficients of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide were measured by shaking flask method. The concentrations of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide were analyzed by HPLC method. Results: The Papp of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide were 3. 90 (log Papp =0. 59) and 19. 75 (log Papp = 1. 30) in water at 371, respectively. Conclusions: The apparent n-octanol-buffer partition coefficients of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide are influenced by pH, and the higher pH may decrease the apparent n-octanol-buffer partition coefficients of them. Andrographolide has the highest partition coefficient in pH6, and dehydroandrogapholide in pH5.

Manglietia aromatica var.calcarea ( X.H.Song ) Sima et S.G.Lu is a variety endemic to South-Western China , distributed in only Guizhou and Guangxi.It was ignored or reduced to M.fordiana Oliver as a variety years ago.Its characters in comparison with those of M.fordiana Oliver and M.aromatica Dandy reveal that it is a good and distinct taxon , which is affinal to M.aromatica Dandy rather than M.fordiana Oliver.It was reduced to M.aromatica Dandy and renamed as var.calcarea ( X.H.Song) Sima et S.G.Lu in this article.

[Objective] The experiment aimed to study the growth characteristics of hydroponic bowl lotus. [Method] The lotus variety Hongxia was chosen as the ex-perimental material. Two treatments, hydroponics and soil culture were set to mea-sure their photosynthetic indices, chlorophyl content and root vigor, and to observe their leaf tissue structure and stomatal characteristics. [Result] The findings indicated that there are no differences in the leaf physiological indices between bowl lotus un-der hydroponics and soil culture, while the leaf stomata of hydroponic bowl lotus is bigger and its amount is larger than that of soil-culture bowl lotus. At the same time, the ratio of the palisade tissue thickness to spongy tissue thickness is smal , and its leaf tissue structure is loose. The root vigor of hydroponic bowl lotus reached its summit earlier, then began to drop. Whereas, the root activity of soil-cul-ture lotus sustained increasing, with vigorous growth. Objective To improve the quality standard of Andrographis Herba through determination of effective components, moisture, total ashes, acid insoluble ashes, extracts and heavy metals. Methods TLC and HPLC were used for qualitative and quantitative identification of andrographolide and dehydroandrograpolide in Andrographis Herba. Routine examinations were based on the procedures recorded in the Appendix Ⅸ A, Ⅸ H, Ⅸ K, ⅩA and Ⅸ E of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010), for foreign matter, moisture, ashes, extracts determination and heavy metal test respectively. Results Total content of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide, extractives (70% ethanol) all complied with Chinese pharmacopoeia. Conclusion The established method was simple, accurate and can be used as the quality standard for the quality control of Andrographis Herba.

Objective To establish a dual-wavelength HPLC method for the determination of andrographolide and dehydroandrographol -ide in extractum andrographis .Methods The analysis was performed on Intersil C 18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm),using metha-nol-water (60∶40)as mobile phase,the UV detector wavelength set at 225 nm for andrographolide and 254 nm for dehydroandrographol-ide.Column temperature was maintained at 35 ℃and the flow rate was 1.0 mL· min-1 .Results There was good linearity within the range of 0.104 3~1.043 0μg (r=1.000 0,n=5)for andrographolide and 0.099 9~0.999 0 μg (r=1.000 0,n=5)for dehydroan-drographolide.The average recoveries of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide were 98.53%(RSD=1.27%,n=6)and 101. 51%(RSD=1.10%,n=6).Conclusions This method is highly sensitive,rapid and accurate for determination of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide in extractum andrographis .
