Hurdling is a kind of project with strong technicality, high difficulty and a certain risk. It has high requirement in the power and skill of the human body, and is easy to cause damage. Girls in junior high school are fear of hurdling, thus influencing the progress of grasping the skill and the quality of teaching, which is a thorny problem often encountered in the hurdles teaching. Aiming at the situations in hurdling teaching for girls in junior high school, through the literature material method, observation recording method, and logic analysis, etc., combined with teaching practice experience, the causes and countermeasures of psychological obstacle of girl students in hurdling are analyzed in this paper.
