在阐释校企远程互动可视化教学系统基础上,分析了利用该系统进行心理健康教育教学的必要性,提出从校企合作组建心理健康教育"双教学团队"、共建心理健康教育教学资源库、改革教学法等方面进行远程互动可视化心理健康教育教学实践,并就实践中凸显的新问题作出反思。

Applying remote interactive visual teaching system based on university-enterprise cooperation is an effective way to improve the quality of mental health education.This paper first illustrates the necessity and application of this system in mental health education,then puts forward such suggestions as building “double-quality”teaching team,co-constructing teaching re-sources library,and improving teaching methods to applying remote interactive visual teaching system based on university-enter-prise cooperation in mental health education,and finally presents some problems in existing practice.

以人工智能与模式识别为核心的虚拟助理是当前备受各领域关注的智能化应用技术,在远程教育个性化支持服务领域存在巨大的应用潜力,其技术发展和市场需求集中体现在资源推送、教学互动、情绪调节和生活辅助四个方面。已有研究显示,虚拟助理可以智能化地判断和理解学习者的需求,改善远程学习系统中资源与知识单向传输和缺乏互动的情况,适时引导学习者进行学习并解答疑难问题;还可以监测学习者远程学习过程中的情绪变化,缓解由于时空分离而造成的负面情绪,为远程学习者提供更自然和人性化的交互方式与学习支持,以及更多的生活便利。随着虚拟现实、人工智能、传感器和模式识别技术的发展,人们已经越来越多地看到了它在适应学习者需求和喜好、提供个性化学习支持服务方面的优势,但是其进一步发展还需攻克资源推送算法、人机互动模式、情绪状态识别等技术难点。

Virtual assistant with artificial intelligence and pattern recognition as the core techniques is one of the intelligent application technologies that have been drawing public attention in various fields, which has great potential for providing personalized learning supporting services, and its technology development and market demand epitomized by the following four aspects: resource recommendation, pedagogical interaction, emotional adjustment, and daily-life assistance. Some studies have indicated that virtual assistant could judge and understand the demands of learners intelligently, and improve the situation in which the transmission of resources and knowledge is unidirectional and the communication in the distance learning system is lacked. 法学远程开放课堂面临着教学角色与教育场景分离、案例教学与学生问题解决能力提升相矛盾、实践性教学缺乏这样的教学困境。有意义的法学课堂应该能使法学知识最大程度被学生感知并最大程度被学生操作利用。渗透"翻转"理念的课堂成为法学开放教育的新途径,其操作模式包括教师的准备环节、学生课前学习、学生课堂探究、教师反馈总结四个环节,通过变互动角色、变互动场景、变互动方式、变互动媒介,最终实现变互动效果,即学习者由"被动接受者"变为"主动研究者"。

The open education of law is faced with teaching difficulties,such as the separation of teaching role and education scene, the contradictory between case teaching and the improvement of students'' ability to solve problems and lack of practical teaching. A sig-nificant class of law is that the knowledge of law can be understood and used by students to the greatest degree. The flip concept of open education of law becomes a new way for open education of law, the operation mode of which includes teacher''s preparation, students’ pre-class learning, students'' classroom exploration and teachers'' feedback. The learners will change from "passive recipients" to "active re-searchers" through interactive role change, scenario change, interactive pattern change and media interaction change.

随着远程视频会议系统技术的发展，其图像质量和系统功能得到不断的完善，非常适合应用于高校的远程视频教学，从而有效地解决教学资源异地化带来的障碍。福建信息职业技术学院高清视频互动教学合作项目依托现有网络平台，采用视频硬件系统与其他高校视频系统对接，实施视频教学。在网络上，系统采用内网 IP，通过 NAT、Qos等技术保证系统所需的网络带宽。学院在实现两岸教学的同时，还对系统应用进行扩展，在“校企合作”、院选课等方面也得到了有效应用。

Remote video conferencing system technology has matured,and the image quality and system function are constantly improving,so it is very suitable for remote video teaching of college,so as to effectively eliminate the obsta-cles derived from teaching resources allopatry. Fujian Poly-technic of Information Technology builds HD remote video system,the professor in Taiwan can teach the students of FPIT face to face,which make point to point remote video interactive teaching across the Strait come true. The project relies on the existing network platform,jointing video hard-ware systems with video system of Taiwan universities to realize video teaching. In the network,the system uses inter-nal network IP,by NAT,Qos and other technology to ensure the required network bandwidth. Achieving cross -strait teaching,meanwhile,the college also extends system appli-cations,and makes it useful in the "school-enterprise coop-eration",elective courses and other aspects.

本文主要介绍如何利用计算机电信集成（CTI）技术，客户关系管理（CRM）理念、多媒体呼叫接人技术、医院信息系统（HIS）中间件等技术设计医患互动平台。病友通过拨打电话以远程通讯方式实现电子预约、挂号、专家咨询、就诊信息查询、意见投诉及病人回访等服务内容，降低临床服务的压力，构建医院新的服务模式。

This paper takes WuXi People’s Hospital as an example to demonstrate the design of the physician-patient interaction platform through application of middle-ware technologies like CTI (Computer Telephone Integration), the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) concept, multimedia calling technologies and HIS. This platform can provide patients with services including medical appointments and registration, consultation from experts for their advice, checking treatment information and making complaints with a telephone call, which effectively reduces the pressure of clinical services to patients and constructs a new service mode for the hospital.
