In this era of rapid development of science and technology,the remote teaching and multimedia teaching has been widely used in the teaching of all subjects,and also gained remarkable results.In re-cent years,intelligent remote multimedia teaching method is more and more widely used in education,but the technology is still in the stage of development,there are some shortcomings and deficiencies,but intelli-gent remote multimedia teaching system does provide a great help for the teachers and the students,but also to stimulate the students’interest in sports.Design criteria based on the intelligent remote multimedia teaching system are summarized,and the application of intelligent remote multimedia teaching in physical education courses are analyzed briefly,describes the intelligent remote multimedia teaching system, the re-quirements of system design and implementation.

Emotion ability is an important symbol of human intelligence. Emotion absence can affect the teaching quality of web-based distance education and the learning effect of learners. Affective computing is a new research direction of the natural human computer interaction and artificial intelligence field. In web-based distance education system, the application of affective computing theories and techniques can further enhance the function of web-based distance education, help teachers monitor the emotional changes of distance learners and adjust teaching strategies and methods. It can also give real-time affective feedback to learners, leading to the optimization of the teaching quality. So far, the applied research of affective computing on distance education at home and abroad is at its beginning and exploring stage. Course tutor is a key role that inlfuences instruction quality and learning completion rate of Open University. For now, open universities in China have been undergoing a reform in teaching model and learning model, which will deifnitely challenge role deifning, functions and competency of course tutor in traditional Radio and TV University. This paper presents an empirical study of the role deifning and functional transform of course tutor of open universities in online education era by applying both quantitative and qualitative methods, including DACUM job analysis process, questionnaires, interviews and observation. In order to achieve virtual classroom,break the constraints of time and distance,solve the teaching problem that teachers are far from away to students,meet the needs of the remote online teaching and learning,and implement online in?teractive remote video teaching,the design idea,system architecture and implementation techniques of the interactive remote video teaching system with customizable Flash?based multilingual EPL(eclipse public license)open source video meeting Open?meetings platform are elaborated. The system takes full advantage of wired and wireless network platforms to provide a flexible assisted instruction in the forms of open,independent of time and geographical constraint,improves secondary teaching me?thods,and enrich three?dimensional teaching model. The system was tested in different network environments,and was opti?mized according to the data analysis. The experiment proves that the optimization strategy is effective.
