泰特勒的翻译三原则的中文译文在中国被广泛引用，是翻译教科书中的金科玉律。郭建中教授在《中国翻译》发表的文章中将翻译三原则的第三原则的译文由“译作应具备原作所具有的通顺”修改成了“译作应具备（目的语）原创作品所具有的通顺”。郭教授的修改比较好地表达了泰特勒的第三翻译原则的确切内涵。深入研究发现，泰特勒的第三翻译原则修改后的译文还必须进一步修改。That the Translation should have all the ease of original composition中的ease不能翻译成“通顺”，可以修改成“自然流畅”。严复的翻译标准也是三（字）原则，和泰特勒三原则乃异曲同工之作。

The Chinese translation of Tytler’s Three Principles of Translation has been very popular in China, however, the translation of the third principle was not faithful to the original. Professor Guo Jianzhong has amended the translation, but it needs further amendment. The word of“ease” should be trans-lated into Zi Ran Liu Chang (natural and fluent) in stead of Tong Shun (readable). Yan Fu’s translation principle of Xin Da Ya (faithfulness, expressiveness and elegance) is functionally equivalent to Tytler’s Principles of Translation.

Toury·Gideon is the leading scholar in the field of descriptive translation studies,and his theory of translation norms offers a new approach for translation studies. Toury divides norms into three aspects,namely,preliminary norms,initial norms and operational norms. Hills Like White Elephants is one of the most famous short stories of Ernest Hemingway,which was collected in the tales of Men Without Women. Based on the theory of translation norms,this paper will try to analyze and evaluate Zhai Xiangjun’s Chinese version of Hills Like White Elephants.

当下中国行政机关之间权限争议的解决,有行政机关解决和司法机关解决两种机制。梳理相关此两种机制的规范性法文件,剖析现行解决机制所内蕴的价值理性和制度缺陷,指出凭籍现行解决机制并无法通顺、公正地解决日益普遍化的中国行政机关之间权限争议现象,现实亟待建构一套系统、科学、理性的行政机关权限争议解决法律制度。

Current solutions in right disputes between administrative authorities includes executive solution and judicial solution. To clarify these regulatory documents with two related basic ways, and analyse current solutions within value rationality and system deficiency, indicate the phenomenon that current solutions can not fluently and justically deal with growing generalized right disputes between administrative authorities in China, now our country urgently need a systematical, scientific, rational law system to solve the right disputes between administrative authorities.

本文截选英国著名女作家--简·奥斯汀的巨作《傲慢与偏见》中的对话来分析两性在礼貌原则运用上的差异。通过对比分析，得出结论：对话中，女性往往较男性更擅长运用礼貌原则，她们更加礼貌、合作，男性则往往忽略周全他人感受、无暇顾及交流的通顺性。了解到这一点，就能避免男女对话中的误会与冲突问题，从而做到有效、成功的交流。

This paper intends to analyze gender differences embedded in conversations of Pride and Prejudice written by the celebrated British woman writer Jane Austen.It employs gender differences in applying Cooperative Principles.It is concluded that women tend to be more polite and cooperative while men are ignorant of giving considerations for others and the smoothness of communication.By understanding this, miscommunications can be avoided, therefore effective and successful inter-gender conversations are possible to be achieved.
