通过测定不同林龄的健康和受害黄檗,在不同生长时期(6月、7月和8月)内雌、雄植株叶片酚酸质量分数的变化,研究了酚酸质量分数与黄檗抗虫性之间的关系。结果表明:性别、树龄、健康状况和生长时期对黄檗叶片内酚酸总量的影响差异均显著(P<0.05)。健康和受害植株的酚酸总量均表现为7月份>8月份>6月份的变化趋势,且不同月份之间差异均极显著(P<0.01);雌株的酚酸总量均极显著高于雄株(P<0.01);37年生的黄檗总酚酸含量显著高于56年生(P<0.01),不同树龄的受害植株在所测定的各月份其酚酸总量显著高于健康植株(P<0.05);不同树龄之间酚酸总量的差异也极显著。黄檗叶片内共检测出原儿茶、绿原、咖啡、香豆、水杨、苯甲、苯乙、阿魏和肉桂9种酚酸类物质,受害植株的酚酸种类显著高于健康植株。说明性别、树龄、健康状况和发育时期均在不同程度上影响黄檗叶片酚酸质量分数的变化,进而影响黄檗抗虫性强弱。因此,可以根据这一变化规律对抗性较弱的黄檗,采取适当的管理措施维护林木的正常生长。
By measuring the healthy and injured Phellodendron amurense Rupr.at diffreret ages and at different growth stages (June, July and August), the experiment was conducted to determine the female and male phenolic acids content in plant leaves, phenolic acids content of P.amurense Rupr.and the relationship with insect resistance.The content of total phe-nolic acids are significantly different under genders, stands, health condition and growth periods (P August>June, and there is highly significant difference among different months (P<0.01).Female plants of total phenolic acids are significantly higher than male ( P<0.01) .The content of total phenolic acids in 37 years old is significantly higher than that of 56 years old (P<0.01), The content of total phenolic acids in different ages of the injured plants is significantly higher than that in the healthy plants (P<0.05 ).The content of total phenolic acids in different ages is also significant.Nine kinds of phe-nolic acids are detected in

Objective:To examine the inlfuence of different factors on the stability of salvianolic acid B and to provide an experimental basis for their application in industrial production. Methods:Changes in the content of salvianolic acid B were determined by HPLC. Results:There was a signiifcant effect of temperature and heating time on the stability of salvianolic acid B and salvianolic acid B was more stable in alcohol solution than in water. Conclusion:The temperature for the concentration of salvianolic acid B should be controlled below 60℃and time within 4 hours,and higher concentrations of salvianolic acid B in the alcohol solution are of beneift to its stablity in the production process.

The total polyphenols extracted from Disporopsis perryi was tested for its in vitro antimicrobial activity in the present study. The total polyphenols extraction process from Disporopsis perryi was optimized by even orthogonal design. The inhibitory effects against four tested strains were evaluated. The optimum extraction technology of total polyphenols was that using 80%ethanol , the amount of which were 20 times of crude drugs , extraction time 1.5 h, 3 times. It presented the best inhibitory effect against Staphylococcus aureus in the four test strain. The extract has antioxidant performance.

The aim was to establish a research method to measure the phenolic and flavonoid which relate to plant lignin biosynthesis. Organic reagent and ultrasonication were used for plant phenolic and flavonoid extract, HPLC was used for the measurement of six plant phenolic and five flavonoids. Tobacco was used as sample to test the HPLC measure method. The result showed that HPLC method for the phenolic and flavonoid relate to plant lignin biosynthesis was efficient which could isolate 6 different phenolics and 5 different flavonoids in one test;organic reagent and ultrasonication were useful to extract plant phenolic and flavonoid;the retention time of p-coumaric, ferulic, caffeic, cinnamic, sinapic and 4-methoxybenzoic acid were 18.11, 20.03, 20.51, 20.76, 22.86 and 26.23 min;the retention time of myricetin, quercetin, phloretin, naringenin and kaempferol were 9.06, 12.01, 14.96, 15.23, 16.12 min. The method made foundation for the research of plant lignin biosynthesis.

Objective: To investigate the clinical necessity of therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) of mycophenolate mofetil. Methods:The peak and trough concentrations of mycophenolic acid in plasma were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Plasma concentrations of mycophenolic acid in 83 cases of renal transplant recipients collected from October to December in 2012 were analyzed. Results: The valley concentrations of mycophenolic acid in 46 patients were within the range from 0.34μg·mL-1 to 3.99μg·mL-1. The peak concentrations of mycophenolic acid in 37 cases were within the range from 0.91μg·mL-1 to 12.78μg·mL-1. The concentrations of mycophenolic acid varied greatly with a ifxed-dosage. Conclusion:There is a deifnite clinical value for therapeutic drug monitoring of mycophenolate mofetil.

Objective To verify our previous findings that salvianolic acids(SAs), especially salvianolic acid B(SaB), in roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge( Danshen) , were the post-harvest drying induced products;and to learn the effect of soil moisture during culti-vation on contents of 6 SAs and 4 tanshinones in fresh and dried materials.Method The contents of 6 SAs and 4 tanshinones in fresh and dried samples were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results No SAs were detectable in fresh samples when soil moisture in the range of 30%~95%;whereas SaB was found in samples cultivated in extremely drought soil( mois-ture <30%) .Tanshinones components still remain at higher levels in fresh samples.But they increased significantly after drying, es-pecially,the SaB content reached 4.2%.Tanshinones components also increased by more than 30%.The contents of SaB and SAs in the drying roots showed a significant negative correlation with soil water potential during plantin

Objective:To observe the growth inhibiting and apoptosis induced by salvianolic acid B in human breast cancer cell line MCF-7.Method:Cultivation of MCF -7 cell proliferation in vitro was deter-mined, and using flow cytometry instrument for detection apoptosis rate and cell cycle changes Dan phenolic acid b on the MCF -7 cell after 48 hours.Result: Salvianolic acid B can obviously inhibit the growth of MCF-7 cell dependent on dose and time ;Flow cytometry instrument test results showed a gradual increase of the proportion of stage S cells and apoptosis rate after adding different concentrations of acids B .Conclu-sion:Salvianolic acid B has obvious growth inhibition and promoting apoptosis effect on MCF -7 cell.

Mycophenolic acid (MPA) is an immunosuppressive agent currently prescribed in organ transplantation. Free MPA has pharmacological activity. The metabolism of free MPA is affected by many factors, which manifests different plasma concentrations in different individuals. New advances including the main factors affecting the metabolism of free MPA, the relationship between free MPA and adverse drug reaction, the technology of monitoring free MPA concentration were reviewed. The dosage regimen should be established according to the patient''s individual characteristics and disease states, which could provide reference for implementing individual medication, improving clinical efficacy and decreasing the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.

Objective To develop a tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) acid test strip by colloidal gold immu-nochromatographic technique. Methods Colloidal gold was prepared through reduction of chloroauric acid by trisodium citrate. Results The optimal conditions for preparing the THC acid test strip were as follows:10 μg/mL anti-THC acid monoclonal antibody was labeled, then the gold-labeled antibody was sprayed on a treated polyester film at a volume of 2.0 μL/cm, finally 0.5 mg/mL tetrahydrocannabinol acid-BSA combina-tion and 1.0 mg/mL goat anti-mouse antibody were used to coat the nitrocellulose (NC) membrane. After oven drying at 37 ℃ for 16 h, the tetrahydrocannabinol acid detection reagent was assembled. Conclusion The established method can rapidly detect residual THC acid at a minimum concentration of 50 ng/mL in urine in 3~5 min.

Objective To establish a method for content determination of total phenolic acid in Stellera chamaejasme,and to compare the extraction efficiencies of different solvents.Method Ether was used to degrease,70% ethanol was used to extract, spectrophotometry was to determine, and gallic acid was taken as the reference substance.Resutlt The standard curve was A=1.8316C-0.0505,r=0.9990,and the linear range was 0.095-0.47μg/ml.The RSD of the precision was 1.6%.The RSD of the stability was 3.8%.The mean recovery rate was 99.47%.The contents of total phenolic acid in Stellerachamae-jasme and the extractive of 70% ethanol were 3.29 mg/g and 3.26 mg/ml,respectively.Conclusion The best solvent was 70% ethanol.This method is simple,accurate,sensitive and suitable for determining the total phenolic acid in Sterllera chamaejasme.
