信度与效度的关系问题是语言测试的根本问题。本文通过对信度与效度相互关系的对比分析,结合语言测试对外语教学的反拨作用,提出了正确、科学的现代语言测试的取向应该是效度重于信度。提高语言测试的效度,使之逐步完善并真正为语言教学服务,是未来语言测试发展的方向。
The relationship between reliability and validity is the foundation issue of language test. Through a comparative analysis on the relationship between reliability and validity, combined with the washback effect of language test on foreign language teaching, this paper proposed that the correct and scientific ori-entation of modern language test should be laying more emphasis on validity than reliability. To improve the validity of language test in order to make it perfect gradually and truly serve language teaching is the direction of language test development in the fu-ture.

It emphasizes that multimedia teaching should be guided by teaching ideas, with well designed classroom teaching contents as the main line, combining with in-tuitive teaching assisted by pictures and words. It also stresses that multimedia teaching must be able to correctly express the ideas and contents of theoretical teaching, and rationally design multimedia contents, so as to realize the human-computer inter-action function.

Knowledge of the physical topology is essential to a number of network management tasks . Former work only focused on Layer -3 topology discovery or only provided the connection between switch and switch.Obviously, this can''t meet the needs of network management tasks .The algorithm of physical topology discovery presented in this paper relies on standard SNMP MIB information and meets the environment for heterogeneous multi -subnet.It adopts classified stack and method of traversing nodes point by point efficiently.All of above makes the algorithm not only step on a new level in the coverage of topology discovery , efficiency and accuracy, but also provide a new way in classifying dumb devices .

It is high significant to probe the relationships between Rice high temperature induced heat damage and rice production. Based on the analysis of the data of meteorology and early season rice development stage in Anhui Province and Zhejiang Province, law of high temperature induced heat damage on early season rice and its relationships with rice yield structures were analyzed. Firstly, impact phase of rice high temperature induced heat damage was found between the early June and mid-July, and interannual variation for the heat damage was periodic oscillation with several years frequent occurrence and next several years rare occurrence. However, the days of high temperature and the times of the heat damage for rice was also tended to reduce before mid-1980s, but tended to ascend after mid-1980s.
