金优990是安顺市农业科学院水稻研究所用安恢990与金23 A 配组育成的高产早熟三系杂交水稻新组合,经贵州省2011—2012年2年区域试验鉴定,金优990平均单产9886.8 kg/hm2,比对照香早优2017增产8.4%;生产试验平均单产7763.7 kg/hm2,比对照香早优2017平均增产6.73%。稻瘟病抗性鉴定为中感,抗冷性鉴定为强,明显优于对照香早优2017。2014年7月通过贵州省农作物品种审定委员会审定(黔审稻2014009号),适宜贵州中、高海拔稻区种植。
Jinyou 990 is a new triple hybrid rice combination with early maturity and high yield derived from the cross between Anhui 990 and Jin 23 A by Rice Researcher Institute of Anshun Academy of Agricultural Sciences.The mean yield of Jinyou 990 was 9 886.8 kg/hm2 ,8.4% higher than the control Xiangzaoyou 2017 in the regional test evaluation in Guizhou during 2011 - 2012.In production test evaluation,the mean yield was 7 763.7 kg/hm2 ,6.73% higher than the control Xiangzaoyou.Identification of the resistance to rice blast was moderate susceptibility,the cold resistance identification was strong, which was better than Xiangzaoyou 2017.Jinyou 990,which was suitable for planting in high and middle attitude areas in Guizhou,was examined and approved through Guizhou Crops Variety Examination and Approval Committee in July,2014.

By pot rice experiments, 3 kinds of rice including Boyou 998, Qiuyou 998 and Jindaoyou 998 were planted in the natural Selenium-rich soils with high Se concentration and low Se concentration respectively. The results indicated that positive correlation was found between Se content in the rice grains and that in the soils. However, the yield of rice grains decreased when Se content in the soils was in a high level. After addition of Cd, the results showed that the content of Cd in the rice grains of Boyou 998, Qiuyou 998 and Jindaoyou 998 planted in the natural Se-rich soils in a high level was reduced by 26.99%, 10.28% and 13.48% respectively compared to those planted in the natural Se-rich soils in a low level, which indicated the antagonism of appropriate amount of Se in the soils towards Cd absorption. Moreover, Qiuyou 998 had the strongest enrichment of Se and Cd but with lowest yield. Jindaoyou 998 had a certain effect on Se collection but with lowest collection capacity

We did the field distract experiment of early rice in 2012. The results showed that the yield of Jiafuzzhan, Jiazao 312, Nongyou 902, Yueyou 9113, Zhongyou 2155, Jinyou 07 and Liangyou 06 was an increase by 6.65% ~32.41% compared with CK(Hesheng 10), and these rice varieties were suitable for planting in Lianjiang county as early rice.

Effect of soil acidification on yield of late rice was studied and acid resistance of late rice varieties were com-pared with 23 late rice varieties as materials in Changsha county,Hunan province.The results indicated that (1)the differ-ence in yield among varieties was obvious,yield in common field was among 5 226.6 ~9 202.1 kg/hm2 ,and yield in acidi-fy field was among 3 643.2 ~7 714.8 kg/hm2.(2)Compared with common field,yield of Yueyou 6135,Huayou 18,Jiny-ou 284 and Ⅱyou 46 was increased by 3.24% ~26.33% in acidify field,while yield of other varieties was decreased by 2.04% ~56.79% in acidify field.(3)According to the significance of yield change,the tested varieties were divided into three types,Wufengyou T025,Jingchuyou 148,Yueyou 6135,Shenyou 9586,Xiangfengyou 103,Zhongyou 288,Nongxiang 18,Shanyou 432,Ⅱyou No.6 and Zhong 9A /R10402 belonged to acidity sensitive type,Wuyou 308,Zhunliangyou 608, Fengyuanyou 227,Fengyou 1167,Fengyuanyou 299,Tyou 272 and Zhong 9A /R9963

For the sake of breeding new restorer lines with high combining ability,the intermediate materials of F5 germination of the cross of rice/CDR22 were crossed by Shuhui 527 and Minghui 86,after years of selection in different places,a new rice restorer line Qianhui 785 was bred with more parents’ dominant genes.This restorer line was of good tillers,strong resilience,high combining ability,a large number of pollens.The combination of Jinyou 785,Xiangfeiyou 785 and Liangyou 6785 were approved by Guizhou Agricultural Variety Approval Commission,the Jinyou785 was invested super rice by the Ministry of Agriculture;New combination of Quanyou785 completed the south area of Yangtze river upstream regional test,which would get into the approval procedures in 2014.

Twenty-three early rice varieties ( combinations ) mainly cultivated in Jiangxi province were identified for cold tol-erance at seedling stage under controllable conditions .The results showed that eight early rice varieties ( Jinyou L2, Tanliangyou 83, T You 898, Wufengyou 623, I You 899, Wuyou 157, Rongyou 1506 and Ganxin 206) had comparatively stronger cold toler-ance at seedling stage, while the cold tolerance of Zhuliangyou 505, Zhongjiazao 17, Jiayu 948 and You I 402 was extremely wea-ker.Generally, hybrid rice combinations had stronger seedling -stage cold tolerance than conventional rice varieties .Alleles for cold tolerance showed additive and incompletely dominant effects .

Four rice cultivars were taken as tested materials to measure the physiological indexes at the seedling stage under the artificially low temperature condition.The results showed that Zhuliangyou 505 was characteristic on cold toler-ance.Electrolyte leakage and MDA decreased,chlorophyll and soluble protein content increased,SOD activity enhanced in normal growth condition.It indicated that Zhuliangyou 505 seedlings returned to normal growth.Zhongjiazao 17 was charac-teristic on cold sensitivity.Electrolyte leakage and MDA increased significantly under cold stress and maintained high lever in normal growth condition.It indicated that Zhongjiazao 17 seedlings injured badly.The physiological indexes of Jinyou 268 and Zhuliangyou 819 changed in between.

In order to further improve setting rate,the effects of different head dressing regulation on two rice varieties with large panicles were studied,the effects of application periods on rice heading and fruiting were analyzed to enhance the regulation effects.Results:after applying panicle fertilizer at inverse 3rd leaf,the degradation ratio of primary branches per-panicle reduced by 0.64 and 2.33 percentages and the secondary branches per-panicle reduced by 5.27 and 1.78 percentages;the degradation ratio of spikelet decreased by 7.88 and 5.84 percentages;the final seed-setting ratio reached 85.62% and 83.41%. Therefore,as for large-spike rice it was no need to take measures to promote the spikelet number,but adding nitrogen before the stage of pollen mother cell meiosis could ensure the adequate nutrition during meiosis and prevent the degradation of rachis-branches and spikelet.
