目的通过实施风险管理,降低食管贲门癌患者术后风险事件发生率。方法成立风险管理小组,实施风险评估、风险宣教、预防措施、应急措施、上报程序。结果实施风险管理前,风险事件发生率为8.73%;实施风险管理后,风险事件发生率为1.72%。实施风险管理前,患者满意度为90.48%;实施风险管理后,患者满意度提升为98.28%。差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论实施风险管理可以有效保证食管贲门癌患者术后活动的安全性。

Objective To reduce risk events of esophageal and cardiac carcinoma patients post the opera -tion through implementing risk management.Methods A risk management team was set to carry out risk evalua-tion, risk instruction, prevention, emergent measures, report procedure.Results The occurrence rate of risk events was 8.73%before implementing risk management and the rate was 1.72%after implementing risk manage-ment.The patients''satisfaction was 90.48% before implementing risk management and was advanced to be 98.28%after implementing risk management .The differences were significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Risk management can effectively ensure the safety of the movements for the esophageal and cardiac carcinoma patients post the operation.

运用生命周期理论将区域科技信息服务系统风险管理分为选择期风险管理、形成期风险管理、运行期风险管理、成熟期风险管理和衰退期风险管理五个阶段,结合协同理论分析区域科技信息服务内部各种序参量协同发展过程和区域科技信息服务系统生命周期各个阶段中主要风险类型,建立区域科技信息服务协同风险管理的生命周期模型,提出区域科技信息服务风险管理应与区域科技信息服务生命周期系统协同发展。

Using the life cycle theory, the risk management of regional science and technology information service system can be divided into selection stage, formation, running period, maturation and the collapse of the five stages.Combining synergy theory analysis, the all kinds of regional science and technology information service internal order parameter collaborative develop-ment process and the main risk types of regional science and technology information service system life cycle stages are analyzed. The regional science and technology information service risk management should be coordinated development of regional scientific and technological information service life cycle system is proposed.

目的：探讨风险管理在日常护理工作中的应用效果。方法：随机收集本院实施护理风险管理前(2013年1-12月)住院患者900例以及风险管理后(2014年1-8月)住院患者900例作为研究对象，比较风险管理前后临床护理质量。结果：开展护理风险管理后，患者的投诉率、风险事件发生率分别为1.22%、0.67%，较风险管理前的4.67%、2.33%显著降低(P＜0.05)；风险管理后患者的满意度为95.67%，较风险管理前的85.44%显著提高(P＜0.05)；风险管理后护理综合质量评分较风险管理前显著提高(P＜0.05)。结论：在日常护理工作中开展风险管理有利于提高护理质量及患者的护理满意度，减少风险事件发生率以及患者的投诉率，值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of risk management in the daily nursing work.Methods:We randomly collected 900 inpatients before the institute of nursing risk management(January to December 2013)and other 900 patients after the risk management(January to September 2014) as the research object.We compared the clinical nursing quality before and after the risk management.Results:After carrying out the nursing risk management,the patient complaint rate and risk event rates were 1.22% and 0.67% respectively,which was significantly decreased than before the risk management 4.67% and 2.33%(P<0.05);the patient satisfaction after the risk management was 95.67%,which was significantly increased than before the risk management 85.44%(P<0.05);the nursing quality comprehensive score after the risk management was increased significantly than before the risk management(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the daily nursing work,the risk management is helpful to improve the nursing quality

文章运用风险管理的理论,探讨进口矿产品检验监管的风险及其管理,建立进口矿产品检验监管风险管理办法,通过风险信息收集、风险因素分析进而风险评价,采用分类管理手段进行风险处置,确保实现"快速通关、监管高效,服务见效"的工作目标。

The risk of the inspection and supervision of imported mineral products and its management was studied in this paper. The method of risk management was established. With the collectiong of risk information and the analysis of risk factors, the risk was assessed. After that, the risk was disposed by classification management. It was helpfu1 to ensure the goal"fast track, efficient supervision and effective service".

针对货代企业常见6种内部风险，提出了三类相应的控制型风险管理措施，从企业风险意识、内部风险管理方法上为货代企业的内部风险管理提供了可借鉴的管理方法和管理思路，可一定程度上防控企业经营过程中产生的内部风险及其损失后果。

In this paper, in view of the six types of internal risks commonly seen by forwarding enterprises, we proposed three corresponding innovatives for their control and next introduced some management methods and lines of thinking for the reference of these enterprises.
