目的:探讨能够将莪术有效成分充分煎出的最佳饮片类型。方法:将莪术饮片按厚度分成4mm厚片组、2~3mm细丝组和2mm薄片组,将每组莪术都平均分成三等份,将第一份浸泡0.5 h,将第二份侵泡1 h,将第三份侵泡1.5 h,以水煎法测定这三种莪术饮片的挥发油含量及浸出物含量。结果:2~3mm细丝组莪术饮片的挥发油含量和浸出物含量均明显高于4mm厚片组和2mm薄片组。结论:2~3mm的细丝莪术饮片是最适宜煎煮莪术饮片类型
Objective: To explore the most suitable water extract of Curcuma Pieces type. METHODS: Curcuma 4mm thick sheet , the sheet of 2mm , 2 ~ 3mm thick filaments of the four groups of the three equal parts , the soaking time was set to 0.5 h, 1 h, 1.5 hours to cook four different types of cooking determination Pieces Curcuma extract content of volatile oil and different immersion time . Results: Volatile oil and extract content of 2 ~ 3mm thick filaments is the highest . Conclusion: Curcuma 2 ~ 3mm thick filaments, is best suited to the type of water extraction Pieces .

回顾分析我院2010~2012年中药饮片质量入库验收报告,总结饮片质量常见问题与其解决措施,保证临床应用疗效性与安全性。方法:收集整理我院2010~2012年中药饮片质量入库验收报告,筛查出饮片质量不合格的验收报告,统计饮片质量不合格比例,进一步将饮片质量验收不合格批次进行分类整理,共分为品质问题、品种不符、炮制问题、贮存问题、包装问题、标签问题6个大类,采用EXCEL统计分析各类原因占比并排次,分析原因,据此探讨今后干预体会。结果:我院2010~2012年中药饮片质量入库验收报告共计13569批次,其中13295批次合格,合格比例为97.981%,274批次不合格,不合格比例2.019%,不合格的问题包括品质问题11.68%、品种不符11.68%、炮制问题26.64%、贮存问题14.23%、包装问题8.03%、标签问题27.74%,其中炮制问题和标签问题是不合格的主要问题,二者占不合格总批次的54.38%。结论:2010~2012年中药饮片质量入库验收存在诸多问题,表现类型多元化,加强中药饮片质量入库验收具有重要的现实意义,能够提高临床药用饮片的品质,保证临床应用疗效性与安全性,保证中药饮片质量的关键要素是合法化进货渠道、专业化现代化鉴定方法、规范化的验收记录。

Methods:The unqualified dispensing prescriptions were collected and summed by retrospective survey of the pieces having been dispensed and on-site inspection of the pieces being dispensed. Results:Totally 8 types of dispensing mistakes were distinguished in the small package Chinese herbal pieces, among which the most mistakes were missing com-patibilities accounting for 32.94%. Conclusion: The small package Chinese herbal pieces different from the bulk ones should be completed and practiced the workflow process and the dispensing system should be strengthened and carried out compactly.
