OBJECTIVE To study the ultrasound, intensity,effective time, and different couplant on drug transdermal delivery in vitro. METHODS Preparated with lappaconitine hydrobromide gels, the influence of different ultrasound,intensity,effective time, and different couplants on the transdermal parameters per unit cumulative absorbing quantity (Q_(8hr)) and steady satepenetration rate (J_s) were determined. RESULTS The transdermal per unit (O_(8hr)) and (J_s) were increased with the ultrasoundfrequencies, ultrasound intensity and effective time could affect the action in some degrees on drugs transdermal delivery. CONCLUSION Sonophoresis s, including ultrasound,intensity,effective time, affected its action on drugs transdermal delivery. We can change the parametres to accelerate the transdermal absorption of lappaconitine hydrobromide.

Atomic absorption spectrometry is widely used in detection of heavy metals in foods in recent years, which has low detection limit, high accuracy, good selectivity, fast analysis speed and so on. In this article, research advance in determination of heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury and arsenic in cereals, vegeta-bles, fruits and seafoods were summarized by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, flame atomic absorption spectrometry and hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry. In addition, application of atomic absorption method in food detection were prospected.

This paper described the development process and basic principle of the chemical absorption and separation technology for CO2 , and emphatically analyzed the chemical reaction mechanism of the absorption and separation of CO2 by alkali liquor, aqueous ammonia, organic amine, ion liquid, etc. At present, the study of the absorption and separation of CO2 in flue gas both at home and abroad was mainly focused on the improvement of the absorbing capacity, absorbing rate and regeneration capability of the absorbents such as the mixed amine, activating agent, ion liquid and so on as well as the loss reduction. The analysis showed that the ion-liquid method is featured by high cost and new technology, but it currently does not possess the industrialized conditions; the absorption technology by mixed amine is relatively mature, featured by low cost and can be popularized.

Silicon(Si)has showed to improve the tolerance of plants to abiotic stresses. However, it is still unclear whether Si can enhance plant tolerance to combined stresses of excessive B and high salinity. A pot experiment was conducted with wheat(Triticum aestivum Linn.) grown in combined B(300 mg·kg-1), salinity(5 g·kg-1 NaCl), and Si(0 mg·kg-1, 50 mg·kg-1, and 100 mg·kg-1)to investigate the growth and ion uptake of wheat. Silicon increased wheat biomass and potassium(K)uptake, but inhibited the uptake of B and sodium(Na), thus re-ducing the tissue Na/K ratios. Silicon showed no significant effects on calcium(Ca)and magnesium(Mg)uptake. A greater alleviating effect of Si on combined stresses of B and salinity was observed under 100 mg Si·kg-1 than under 50 mg Si·kg-1. These results suggest that Si is able to alleviate the inhibition of wheat growth by combined stress of B and salinity via reducing B and Na accumulation and promoting K uptake.

This article was aimed to study the antioxidant and antihyperlipidemic effect of total phenolic composition prepared from pineapple (A nanas comosus L.) leave. It had a rapid absorption after intragastric administration and the principle ingredient, p-coumaric acid, reached the peak concentration after 5 minutes of administration. The mice model with single intragastric administration of lipid and glucose were used in the observation of changes on postprandial glucose, lipid and intestinal lipase at different time points after drug administration. The results showed that phenols of pineapple leave can inhibit triglyceride and glucose absorption in certain extent. No significant effect was observed on inhibition at 30 minutes after the phenol administration. However, the intestinal lipase activity was obviously inhibited in normal mice and the intestinal lipase activity decline caused by acute lipid consumption can be reversed.
