目的通过对某高校277例患有慢性病的教职工进行强化知己管理,探讨知己管理在高校教职工慢性病转归方面的影响。方法通过体检筛查某高校教职工中慢性病患者,社区医生采取健康宣教、整体和个体干预、知己管理等,评价患者1年后的管理效果。结果对于高校患慢性病的教职工通过强化知己教育,显示2013年体检指标较2012年明显改善。结论强化知己管理对于高校教职工的慢性病管理行之有效,对于慢性病患者的康复具有显著效果,适合用于推广高校社区医疗服务对慢性病的管理模式。
Objective To explore the effect of self-management system on the chronic disease’s development trend among the college faculties through strengthening the self-management system’s application on 277 college faculties who suffer from chronic disease. Method The community doctors will screen for chronic disease among the college faculties through physical examination. After the health promotion, overall and individual intervention and the application of self-management system, the community doctors will collect the result one year later. Result Through strengthening the self-management system’s application on college faculties who suffer from chronic disease, the physical examination index in 2013 improved obviously compared with that in 2012. [目的]了解高校教职工急救知识与急救相关经历的关系,探讨普及高校教职工急救知识的措施。[方法]采用自行设计的问卷对358名高校教职工进行问卷调查,了解教职工的急救知识及相关经历。[结果]急救知识总分得分率为51.56%,其中日常生活的被调查者接受过急救知识短期培维度得分率最高,为57.98%；10.6%训,71.5%的被调查者生活中遇到过危重事件,11.5%的被调查者参加过公众抢救事件,当周围发生意外伤害时,10.1%的高校教职工拨打“120”后会进行初步的急救；急救知识得分与急救经历呈正相关。[结论]应采取切实有效的措施增强高校教职工的急救意识,普及急救知识,提高急救能力。
Objective:To know about the relationship between first aid knowledge and first aid experience of faculty members in colleges and uni-versities and probe into the measures of the popularity of first aid knowl-edge for faculty members.Methods:A total of 358 faculty members were surveyed by using a self designed questionnaire,to know about the knowl-edge of first aid and relevant experience of faculty members.Results:The total scoring ratio of first aid knowledge was 5 1.56%,in which the scoring ratio of daily life dimension was the highest,57.98%;10.6% of the re-spondents had received short term training of first aid knowledge,and 71.5% of them had encountered critical events.1 1.5% of them had partic-ipated in public rescue events.When accident happened,only 10.1% of them can make preliminarily first aid after calling “120”.It showed posi-tive correlation between first aid knowledge and first aid experience.Con-clusion:It is necessary to take effective measures to strengthen

针对现阶段部分高校女教职工工作积极性过低，主观幸福感不强的现状，从关注高校女教职工精神需求入手，引入积极心理资本相关理论，以北京某高校女教职工群体为研究对象，通过问卷调查和访问座谈的方法收集数据，总结分析出样本数据中的“短板”群体，即“51岁以上本科学历”的群体心理资本值相对其他群体表现为最低。为此，借鉴国外先进的管理理念，提出以团体小组辅导的形式，改善高校女教职工积极心理资本水平，并建立相关管理机制。
In order to solve the current situation that part of the female university faculty lack motivation to work, and their subjective well-being is not strong. We studied on the issue from the perspective of the people’s spiritual needs, introduced the positive psychological capital theory, collected the data from the female faculty groups of Beijing University of Technology through questionnaires and access methods discussion. We summed up a sample of the data in the “short board” group, the group, including the members more than 51 years and undergraduate education, whose psychological capital value are lower than other groups. For this reason,we learned from the foreign advanced management concept, and then presented in the form of the group counseling to improve the level of the positive psychological capital of the female university faculty and to establish the relevant management mechanisms.
