利用3DS模型文件的特点和OpenGL的模型变换功能，通过先还原模型坐标为全局坐标，再重新组织模型变换的方法，实现了单个3DS模型文件中不同组件相对运动的仿真，进而得出一种通用的3DS模型各组件相对运动的实现方法。该方法具有控制简单、变换灵活、通用性强的特点。

Based on the characteristics of 3DS model file and the functionality of OpenGL transformation, this paper uses the method of changing the model object coordinate to the global first, and then re-organizing model transformation, achieved the relative motion simulation of different object in a single 3DS model, then obtained a generic way for relative movement simulation of each components in a 3DS model. This method is featured as simply control, flexible transformation and strong commonality.

文中描述了基于OpenGL和3DS MAX的微机主板结构漫游的实现过程,阐述如何将主板高度仿真、将主板上各个部件显示出来以及如何实现主板部件的漫游功能。利用3DS MAX仿真度高、可移植性强等特点,以华硕AT3N7A-I为原型建立了主板上包括CPU风扇、内存条、PCI、各种接口等部件的三维模型,再利用3DS MAX强大的输出功能,将主板模型转化成.3ds格式输出。对于模型在显示屏的显示是利用OpenGL技术调用.3ds格式模型实现主板整体的显示。通过调用OpenGL的摄像函数实现主板部件的漫游功能。

For prototypes with ASUS AT3N7A-I,use 3DS MAX''s strong features,such as high simula-tion degree,high portability degree to establish the three-dimensional model with a CPU,memory,PCI,a variety of interfaces and other components,re-use 3DS MAX power output function to convert the motherboard model into . 3ds format output. 目的：给受试者服用不同浓度的人参提取物达玛烷苷元（Dammarane Sapogenin,DS）,探究其对有氧运动后肌糖原恢复的影响及作用机制。方法：本研究采用双盲实验设计,选取9名受试者随机分为安慰剂组（placebo group）、服用DS240mg/day组（DS240）、服用DS480mg/day组（DS480）进行试验。受试者持续服用DS4周后,进行一次性60分钟、强度为75%VO2max的蹬功率自行车运动,运动后立刻给予高糖饮食。于运动后即刻及运动后3小时,分别进行肌肉活检,测定AKT、GS磷酸化及蛋白质表达;同时,运动后3小时内每隔30分钟取静脉血测定血糖浓度、胰岛素浓度。结果：DS240组较对照组显著提升运动后肌糖原储存速率（P〈0.05）;运动后随着时间延长,DS240组的血糖浓度显著低于安慰剂组（P〈0.05）,但各组胰岛素浓度无显著性差异;运动后DS240组显著提高运动后AKT磷酸化水平、降低肌糖原合成酶磷酸化、提高肌糖原合成酶的蛋白质表达（P〈0.05）。结论：长期补充低剂量达玛烷苷元可能提高人体运动后肌糖原储存速率,其可能机制与提升胰岛素作用及血糖吸收有关;研究结果推测达玛烷苷元可以增加胰岛素敏感度,因而可以将达玛烷苷元作为补剂用以运动竞赛或训练后加速肌糖原恢复。

Objective:To investigate the influence of Dammarane Sapogenin make on glycogen’s re-covery by making subjects ingest different doses of DS. Methods:This study adopted double blind counter - balancing study and 9 subjects were divided random into placebo group,DS240(DS240 mg / day),and DS480( DS 480 mg / day). The subjects did an acute 60 - mins cycling exercise (75% VO2 max)after having taken DS for 4 weeks and subjects would be given high carbohydrate meal immediately after exercise. Muscle biopsy,AKT phosphorylation,GS phosphorylation and pro-tein expression should be performed immediately and 3 - h after exercise. At the same time,Blood Glucose and Blood insulin should be tested every 30 mins in 3 hours after exercise. Results:Com-pared with the placebo group,the muscle glycogen storage rates of DS240 was greater. After aerobic exercise,blood sugar concentration of DS240 was significantly lower than those of placebo group, but the difference of the insulin concentration w

随着职业学校教学改革的不断深入，职业学校更加注重学生职业技能的培养，课程体系设置发生了很大的变化。在新的形势下，学校开设了很多应用广泛的应用软件类课程，如PS、AI、3ds Max等，3ds Max作为一款应用广泛的优秀软件，又因其操作命令纷繁复杂，学习起来有一定的难度。本文根据教学实践环节，对五年制高职《3ds Max》课程的教学改革从三个方面进行探究。

With the deepening of teaching reform in vocational school, more and more vocational schools paid more attention to train students'' vocational skills. The curriculum setting system has undergone great changes. In the new situation, schools have opened many widely used application software courses, such as PS, AI, 3ds Max. 3ds Max, as an excellent and widely used software, had some learning difficulties because of the complicated operation commands. Based on teaching practice, the teaching reform of 3ds Max course in five-year higher vocational education was studied from three aspects.

在建筑动画制作中,由于建筑周边环境复杂,设计制作有一定的困难,利用3DS Max进行制作时还存在着一些不足之处。本文介绍了MAXScript脚本语言,通过分析其在建立三维模型、改变对象属性的批处理,以及设置动画效果中的应用,对基于MAXScript的3DS Max建筑动画场景设计和制作的方法进行了探讨,以能更好地解决3DS Max在建筑虚拟场景设计中的问题,提高建筑动画制作效率。

In architectural animation production, because the surrounding environment of the buildings is complex, there are certain difficulties in design, using the 3DS Max production also exists some deficiency. This paper introduces the MAXScript scripting language, and through analyzing the application of MAXScript in establishing of three-dimensional model, changing in batch object properties and setting up the animation effects, the design and production methods of architectural animation scene using the 3DS Max are discussed based on MAXScript, in order to solve better the problem of the 3DS Max in the virtual scene design of architecture, and to improve the efficiency of making architectural animation.
