The maize Ac/Ds transposable elements are members of the hAT transposon superfamily, and have stable transpositional activity in transgenic rice plants. Ac/Ds transposable elements are considered to transpose via a conservative non-replicative“cut and paste”model, though their transposition mechanism is not completely understood. Previous studies have shown that Ds preferentially transposes to genetically linked sites after being excised from its original site in the pres-ence of Ac-transposase. In this study, genomic sequences flanking Ds insertions from a Ds-tagged rice mutant and its rever- tant were determined by TAIL-PCR. The Ds insertion site, the excision footprint and the re-insertion sites in the mutant were identified using bioinformatics tool. The results showed that Ds element excised from its original insertion site on chromosome 3 by leaving an 8 bp footprint (CATCATGA), which resulted in exon changes in tagged gene. Methods:This study adopted double blind counter - balancing study and 9 subjects were divided random into placebo group,DS240(DS240 mg / day),and DS480( DS 480 mg / day). A new approach to building three-dimensional(3D) body model and garment fitting was pro-posed by using OpenGL Graphics Library combined with reading 3DS files .Firstly ,the three-dimen-sional(3D) body model was constructed by 3DS studio MAX .Then ,with the deep analysis of the struc-ture of 3DS file ,the file-reading technology of Delphi was used to read 3DS file .According to the read vertexes ,the body and garment was fitted .At last ,the model of human body and garment was construc-ted .Through the view conversion function in OpenGL ,the model can be rotated at arbitrary angles .And on this basis ,the texture mapping technique was applied to fitting different material of garment .Fur-thermore ,the designers could observe the effect with variety of material drawing from multi-orientation and multi-angle .

This paper introduces the MAXScript scripting language, and through analyzing the application of MAXScript in establishing of three-dimensional model, changing in batch object properties and setting up the animation effects, the design and production methods of architectural animation scene using the 3DS Max are discussed based on MAXScript, in order to solve better the problem of the 3DS Max in the virtual scene design of architecture, and to improve the efficiency of making architectural animation.

目的 探讨肝肾阴虚型外阴硬化性苔癣(VLS)与杀伤细胞免疫球蛋白样受体(KIR)基因多态性的相关性.方法 选择30例肝肾阴虚型外阴硬化性苔癣患者作为试验组,30例体检健康女性为对照组.取受试者外周静脉血提取出人类基因组DNA,采用序列特异性引物聚合酶链反应(PCR-SSP)的方法,扩增出KIR基因的14个基因型.结果 30例VLS患者和30例健康对照个体中共检出了14个KIR基因,除框架基因KIR2DL4、KIR3DL2和KIR3DL3之外,KIR3DL1、KIR2DL3基因的表现型频率也是100%,KIR2DL1基因的表现型频率大于90%;其余依次为KIR2DL5、KIR2DS2、KIR2DS4、KIR2DS5的表现型频率在30% ~ 70%之间;表现型频率较低者为KIR2DL2、KIR2DS1、KIR2DS3、KIR3DS1,分别为6.7%、0.0%、3.3%、13.3%.其中,实验组KIR2DL2基因和KIR3DS1基因与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其基因频率分别是0.03和0.07,而其他12个基因与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 KIR基因多态性与肝肾阴虚型VLS的发病有一定的相关性,抑制性基因KIR2DL2和激活性基因KIR3DS1可能是本病的拮抗性基因,其差异性表达可能在肝肾阴虚型VLS的发病发挥作用.
Objective To study the correlation among vulvar lichen sclerosus(VLS),liver and kidneyyindeficiency type and killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor (KIR) gene polymorphism.Methods Totally 30 patients with liver and kidney indeficiency were as experimental group and the 30 healthy women were as control group.Mter the human genomic DNA of human peripheral blood leukocytes was tested; 14 polymorphisms of KIR gene were amplified by sequence-specific primer polymerase chain reaction (PCR-SSP) method.Results We detected all the 14 KIR gene polymorphisms in 30 VLS cases and 30 controls.Besides frame gene,phenotype frequency of KIR2DL3,KIR3DL1 gene was also 100% ; phenotype frequency of KIR2DLl was >90%,followed by KIR2DL5,KIR2DS2,KIR2DS4,KIR2DS5 phenotype frequencies.Among them,KIR2DL2 and KIR3DS1 had significant differences between twogroups(P <0.01) ; the gene frequencies were 0.03 and 0.07.There were no significant difference amongother 12 genes (P > 0.05).Conclusions Ther
