目的通过对玻璃离子水门汀、卡瑞斯玛光固化复合树脂及Beautifil Flow Plus加强型流动聚合体F03进行临床疗效观察。为流体纳米复合型树脂应用于楔状缺损修复提供试验依据,为临床上更好地选择修复楔状缺损的充填材料提供理论依据。方法选择2012年1月至12月就诊于本院并诊断为楔状缺损的82例患者的临床治疗状况进行观察。结果 Beautifil Flow Plus加强型流动聚合体F03在临床效果上具有优势,可以用于楔状缺损的充填修复。结论 Beautifil Flow Plus加强型流动聚合体F03是修复楔状缺损较理想的材料。
Objective Through the Glass Ionomer Cement, Chares light-cured composite resin and Beautifil Flow Plus Flow reinforced polymer F03 for clinical curative effect observation. For fluid nano composite resin applied to provide experimental basis of wedge-shaped defect, for repairing wedge-shaped defect clinically better choice to provide theoretical basis for the packing material. Methods Chose 2012 January to December clinic in our hospital, a total of 82 patients with diagnosis of wedge-shaped defect record the situation of the clinical treatment. Results The Beautiifl Flow Plus reinforced polymer Flow F03 had advantaged in clinical effect, could be used for iflling of wedge-shaped defect repair. Conclusion The lfow reinforced polymer F03 wedge repair is ideal material.
目的体外比较2种含氟流动树脂Beautifil Flow Plus F00和Dyad Flow的短期释氟量,以探讨2种材料释氟能力的差异。方法选取含氟流动树脂F00、DF和不含氟树脂Valux,制备直径10mm,厚1mm的样本,每组10个。将样本分别浸泡于5ml去离子水,第1、2、3、7、14、21、28d使用氟离子选择电极测量去离子水中的氟离子浓度,Va组为对照,比较F00和DF组前3d的单日氟释放及28d内各时间点的累积氟释放情况。结果 F00和Dyad Flow的释氟浓度均第1d最高;前3d单日释氟浓度呈下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);28d内2实验组均有缓慢持续的氟释放,随着时间延长累积释氟量增加;各个时间点,Dyad Flow组累积释氟量高于F00组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论 2种含氟流动树脂F00和Dyad Flow第1d氟释放最多,在测试时间内均有低量但持续的释氟能力,Dyad Flow释氟量略高于F00。
Objective To compare the amount of fluoride release of two fluoride-containing flowable resins Beautifil Flow Plus F00 (F00) and Dyad Flow (DF). Methods Two fluoride-containing flowable resins F00 and DF and one fluoride-free resin Valux ( Va ) were selected. Ten samples ( 10mm × 1mm ) of each material were prepared respectively. Each sample was placed into 5 ml de-ionized water and the amount of fluoride released into the de-ionized water was measured by fluoride ion selective electrode at 1, 2, 3, 7, 14, 21 and 28d, respectively. The amount of fluoride release in the first three days and cumulative amount of fluoride release at each time point were calculated for the three materials, with F00 and DF being the test groups and Va being the control group. Results The concentration of fluoride release was the highest in F00 and DF in the first day(0. 0952 ± 0. 0200ug/ml and 0. 1362 ± 0. 0179ug/ml)and decreased significantly during the first three days ( P <0. 01 ) . 目的 评价6种牙齿充填修复材料的释氟和再充氟性能,以期为临床选择和应用提供参考.方法 选择材料A(FujiⅦ玻璃离子水门汀)、材料B(FujiⅡLC光固化玻璃离子水门汀)、材料C(Beautifil离子体复合树脂)、材料D(Compoglass F复合体)、材料E(Charisma普通复合树脂)及材料F(实验Ⅰ型释氟性复合树脂)作为实验材料,制备直径10 mm、厚1 mm的圆片,每组10个试样.每个试样浸于5 ml去离子水中,用氟离子选择电极测定浸出液氟离子量,浸泡1~7d每天测定,8~28d3d测定1次,计算每日释氟量.于浸泡28 d后用氟化泡沫对试样充氟4min,继续测定试样每日释氟量,连续测定7d;再充氟并测定氟释放7d,重复3次.结果 浸泡1d后所有材料均表现最大的释氟量,材料A释氟量最大[(99.68±15.21) μg·cm-2·d-1],其次为材料B[(37.12±1.67) μg·cm-2·d-1],再次为材料F和D[分别为(22.93±1.53)和(15.28±0.70) μg·cm-2·d-1],材料C和E释氟量较小[分别为(2.40±0.52)和(0.11±0.02) μg·cm-2· d-1],各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).浸泡2d后释氟量显著下降,随后(7~ 28 d)释氟量下降缓慢;浸泡1~28 d内,材料A和B的释氟量始终大于其他材料(P<0.01),其次是材料D和F,显著大于材料C和E(P<0.01).所有材料充氟1d后的释氟量均较充氟前显著增加,形成释氟高峰,充氟2d后的释氟量又显著下降.充氟1d后材料A的释氟量超过40 μg· cm-2·d-1,大于其他材料(P<0.01);其次是材料B,释氟量超过25 μg· cm-2·d-1,大于除A外的其他材料(P<0.01);材料C、D、F释氟量相近,在15~ 20μg·cm-2·d-1之间;材料E释氟量较小,<1.5 μg· cm-2·d-1.结论 玻璃离子水门汀类材料的释放及再充氟能力最强,其次是复合体和释氟性复合树脂,离子体复合树脂释氟能力小,但其再充氟能力与复合体和释氟性复合树脂相当,普通复合树脂的释氟及再充氟能力均较小.
Objective To evaluate the F-releasing and recharging properties of six dental restorative materials.Methods Disc specimens 10 mm in diameter and 1 mm in thickness were prepared from 6 different dental restorative materials:Fuji Ⅶ [glass ionomer cement(GIC)],Fuji lⅡ LC(light-curing,GIC),Beautifil(giomer),Compoglass F(compomer),Charisma(composite) and Experimental Ⅰ (a fluoride releasing composite),with 10 discs for each material.Specimens were dipped in 5 ml deionized water and Frelease was detected using a fluoride-specific ion electrode every day from 1-7 days and every three days from 8-28 days.On day 28,specimens were exposed to a fluoride foam for 4 min and then dipped in water,then the F-concentration was detected every day for a week.The specimens were exposed to fluoride foam and fluoride release was detected repeatedly for three times.Results All materials presented the highest F release on the first day after dipping and the F-release sharply decreased after 24 h

Objective:To assess the effect of accelerated aging on the color and opacity of veneers bonded resin.Methods:28 discs were made with IPS e.max Press A1 shade with the thickness of 0.4 mm.Ceramic discs were divided into 4 groups(n=7). BEAUTIFIL Flow A1 ,DEO-Link SE Transparent,Panavia F Light color and Viriolink N transparent resin cements were applied on the porcelain discs with a thickness of 0.1 mm.Curing was performed with a calibrated LED curing-light for 40 seconds.Color and opac-ity differences of the porcelain substructures after 65 h(150 kJ/m2 )of UV ageing test were examined with a colorimeter.The results were analysed statistically with One-way ANOVA,LSD(L)test.Results:All samples showed significant changes in color and opaci-ty.The ΔE of all materials ranged from 0.6 to 2.29.DEO-Link SE showed the highest color change,while BEAUTIFIL Flow the lowest.The opacity changes ranged from 0.46 to 2.55 and its variation was not significant among groups except for Panavia F

Objective To observe the clinical effects of enhanced flowable restorative material on the restoration of medial caries in the children.Methods 419 deciduous teeth with medial caries were ran-domly divided into two groups , which were restored with Glass Ionomer cement ( GIC) and Beautifil Flow Plus flowable restorative material ( BF) respectively.All the children were followed-up for 1 years to compare the clinical effects.Results The successful ratio of GIC group was 92.23%and that of BF group was 97.46%.There was significant differences between GIC group and BF group by chi square test.Conclusion The en-hanced flowable restorative material is a better filling material for medial caries restoration in deciduous teeth , which imduce a low incidence of filling loss and spcondary caries.
