主要采用阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)联合絮凝剂聚合硫酸铁(PFS)对直接染料废水的脱色效果及COD去除率进行了处理及测定,并分别对PFS、CPAM单独使用的效果与CPAM联合PFS使用的效果进行了比较。实验结果表明:CPAM联合PFS使用的效果明显高于PFS、CPAM单独使用的效果。CPAM联合PFS使用时在室温条件下,废水pH=8时,PFS絮凝剂的投加量为100mg·L-1,CPAM助凝剂的投加量为5mg·L。时,脱色效果是最佳的,脱色率可达95%以上,其COD的去除率是最好的,可达80%以上。
This experiment mainly adopts cationic polyacrylamide ( CPAM) combined flocculant PFS decolorization to process and meas-ure decolorization effect of the direct dye wastewater and COD removal rate, and makes a comparison between the effect of using PFS and CPAM alone and the effect of using CPAM combined with PFS. Experimental results show that:the effect of using CPAM combined with PFS is significantly better than the effect of the effect of using PFS and CPAM alone. If CPAM combined with PFS is used under the con-dition of room temperature, when pH = 8, PFS flocculant dosage is 100mg·L-1 and CPAM coagulant dosage is 5mg·L-1 , decolori-zing effect is the best with the decolorization rate up to over 95%, and the removal rate of COD is the best, up to over 80%.

A CPAM-MMT hybrid polymer was synthesized through dispersing polymerization with Acrylamide ( AM) , the organic modified montmorillonite ( O-MMT) , 2-methylacryloylxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride ( DMC) and its flocculation performance was also studied .The experimental results showed that morphology of the CPAM-MMT hybrid polymer was a multi-branched structure which helps to entrap more suspended colloidal-particles and gives a better bridging capacity , the flocculation ability of the CPAM-MMT hybrid polymer on the kaolin suspensions was better than that of CPAM and its optimum dosage was about 10 mg · L-1 , the CPAM-MMT hybrid polymer possessed the adsorption function on Cr ( VI) ions, which made the decolorization rate on Cr(VI) larger than that of the CPAM, the CPAM on Cr(VI)was 18%.However, the CPAM-MMT(1) hybrid polymer was 28%.

This paper studied the effects on hydrolysis and dewatering performance of excess sludge by inorganic and organic flocculants. Adding 20g/L CaO and CPAM (cationic polyacrylamide)to adjust the excess sludge,the dissolution of organic matter were described as below:the dissolubility of solution chemical oxygen demand(SCOD)was CPAM>CaO>blank. The dissolubility of soluble protein(SPN)was CPAM>CaO>blank. The dissolubility of soluble polysaccharide(SPS)was CaO>CPAM>blank. Changes in the indicators of dewatering performance,specific resistance to filtration (SRF) and the filter cake containing solid rate were described as the following:the basic change of SRF was CPAM CaO>blank after the 4th day. From the dissolution of SCOD、SPN,SPS,the change of SRF and filter cake containing solid rate,it was concluded that adding the same concentration of CaO and CPAM were more beneficial for hydrolyzing and dewatering.

The investigations showed that the PAC, cationic starch, amphoteric starch and CPAM could improve the sizing effect.

In order to synthesize cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM)with high intrinsic viscosity and excellent stable performance, different reaction conditions have been explored including the type of initiator and different factors. The results indicates that the optimum reaction conditions were when monomer ratio of n(AM)∶n(DMC) was 1∶0.19, the monomer concentration was 35%, the amount of the initiator was 0.06 wt.%, pH value was 7 and illumination time was 60 min. FTIR spectrum showed that analysis results are consistent with the characteristics of group CPAM.

Firstly, the cross-linked cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) with low molecular weight was synthesized through aqueous polymerization. And then the glyoxalated polyacrylamide (GPAM) resin was produced by grafting copolymerization between the CPAM and glyoxal. Various synthesis conditions were discussed and the optimum conditions for copolymer's synthesis were as follows: the pH value of reaction 7.0~8.0 and m (glyoxal)/ m (CPAM)=0.3. When GPAM was used in the wet end of papermaking, at the dosage 0.3%, the pulp pH value 7.0~8.5, residence time 5 min , paper dry tensile index increased by 24.6% and the rewet strength retention rate increased to 15.1%. e structure of the resulting products was characterized by FT-IR spectrum.

The controlling effect of dissolved and colloidal substances in pulp from waste paper with a cationic cyclodextrin polymer as a ifxing agent was studied. The results show that have better removal effect on dissolved substances and colloidal substances, when the dosage is 1%, the turbidity, cationic demand and COD decreased by 98.67%, 98.67% and 98.67% respectively. The synergy of tripple system which composed of cationic cyclodextrin polymer(C-CDP), cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM), sodium bentonite(MMT) on controlling dissolved and colloidal substances was studied. The results show that C-CDP/CPAM/MMT triple system have better synergy on controlling dissolved and colloidal substances, when C-CDP dosage is 0.2%, CPAM is 0.1%, MMT dosage is 0.2%, the absolute value of Zeta potential of waste paper pulp was decreased, filtering performance is increased by 45.06%, the conductivity decreased 4.57%, the cationic demand and turbidity were signiifcant reduction.

Softwood pulp was chosen as raw materials and hardwood pulp as standard materials for collecting ifnes by classiifcation and ifltration under different beating degree and beating time, then the co-lfocculation process was used to study the effect of bentonite and pH value on drainage properties under the CPAM dosage of 0.06%. The results show that the drainage time is the shortest and retention rate is the biggest when CPAM dosage is 0.06%, and bentonite adding amount is 0.3%. But pH has little inlfuence on the retention and drainage of the slurry.
