According to part drawing,the students can program NC programming manually in teaching process of CNC production training,but most of them dont process qualified parts because of lack of the adjusting tool methods knowledge. Through manual NC program example of complex part,three different useful manual adjusting tool methods were introduced by using FANUC 0iT system NC lathe in teaching process of the CNC production training. These three manual adjusting tool methods were using the instruction for the cutter compensation T,G54~G59,and G50 in turn. The steps,using attentions,distinctions and relations of these methods to manual adjusting tool were discussed in detail. It provides instructive reference for practical manual adjusting tool of NC teaching and small and medium-sized enterprises.
