为寻找铅污染土壤净化和景观化的花卉植物,采用盆栽方法,研究了3种花卉对铅污染土壤的修复能力。结果表明,3种花卉中送春花(Godetia amoena)地上部吸收富集铅的量最大,积累铅能力最强,其次为勿忘我(Limonium sinuatum),马络葵(Malope trifida)吸收积累铅能力最弱。在Pb浓度为1 000 mg/kg时,3种花卉耐性均较强,可用作铅污染土壤的稳定修复植物。
In order to search flower plants which could purify and beautify Pb -contaminated environ-ment,3 kinds of flowers were screened to determine their soil remediation abilities by pot method.The results showed that Godetia amoena had the strongest capability of accumulating Pb in aerial part,followed by Limoni-um sinuatum,and Malope trifida had the weakest.When the Pb concentration was 1 000 mg/kg,3 kinds of flowers all exhibited strong endurance,which could be used for soil stabilization remediation.

Seedlings of Limonium bicolor were used to analyze the effect of Nitrogen nutrition on its photosynthesis under salt stress.Limonium bicolor was cultured at three levels of NaCl (0,1 0,20 g·L -1 )and three levels of Nitrogen (0.5,5,1 5 mmol·L -1 )to investigate its effects on relative chlorophyll contents,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and intercellular CO2 concentration as well as ΦPSⅡ and Fv/Fm under salt stress.The results showed that low concentration of NaCl promoted the growth of Limonium bicolor while high concentration of NaCl inhibited its growth.Nitrogen could promote the photosynthesis under NaCl stress.However, high concentration of Nitrogen did not seem to be more effective under NaCl stress.The results indicate that 5 mmol·L -1 Nitrogen was the best for Limonium bicolor under NaCl stress.

Heterostyle is a genetically controlled floral polymorphism. Taking the wild lfower limonium biocolor plants and the lfower branches as experiment material, we mainly studied its phenological phase and the eflforescence number index. The results show that it is an excellent ground cover plant and cut-lfower species, and the beautiful lfowers may be used for ornamental purpose;Picking the simply blossom lfower for a long way transport and picking the blooming lfower for a short way. Cheng F., Nitraria sibirica, Limonium bicolor Kuntz., Tamarix chinensis, Artemisia sphaerocephala, Elaeagnus angustifolial, Cerasus szechuanica, Euphorbiae Lathyridis, and under different NaCl concentrations, the changes of cell membrane relative permeability in Vitro were compared.
