The foaming phenomenon often occures during the operation process of the Alkanolamine desulfur-izing solution which has N-MDEA as the solvent. Various factors which can promote the foaming capacity and foam stability have been found through the single factor foaming test and the single factor analysis of sorting.The article adopts the Taguchi experiment design type to conduct the multi factor test by Minitab software. The effects of various factors on the Alkanolamine desulfurizing solution foaming height with a variety of effects factors under the condition of coexistence were analysed according to the experimental results, and the theoretical basis for the subsequent research of the alkanolamine desulfurizing solution of defoaming time with multi factors was prouided.

The industrial application of NCMA solvent for CO2 removal in dry gas enrichment unit in Wuhan Co.SINOPEC was reviewed.The results show that the NCMA solvent can improve CO2 ab-sorption performance compared with MDEA. At the same throughput of the unit,the recycling amine solution rate to the dry gas absorption tower is dropped from 33 t∕h of MDEA to 14 t∕h of NCMA sol-vent and the concentration of CO2 in the treated gas also decreased from 400 μL∕L to less than 50 μL∕L.Meanwhile,the H2 S loading of NCMA solvent and ability to remove mercaptan are higher than MDEA.Finally,the alkali consumption,electricity consumption and emissions of alkali waste of the process are all reduced by using NCMA solvent instead of MDEA.

It is necessary to cool natural gas to about -162 ℃ during the liquefaction process . MDEA de-carburization is a multi-amine absorption process. Although de-carburization effect is good,but because of the nature of chemical reaction,energy consumption for decarburization solvent regeneration is higher. In order to achieve saving energy,the propylene carbonate method replaced the MDEA method for decarburization in Hebei Xinhua Company. According to the characteristics of decarburization process,decarburization equipment was transformed. The DJ-2 type plate replaced the packing originally used. It achieved the best matching for CO2 removal equipment and decarburization process,and decarburization operation in the weeping area was better. After transformation,the saving of steam per ton of ammonia was 1363 kg,and annual energy saving economic value was up to 20400000 yuan.
