借助存量GSM/TD-SCDMA用户,保证GSM/TD-SCMDA和TD-LTE网络业务的一致性和连续性,是TDLTE网络建设的主要原则之一。本文首先理论介绍3GPP定义USIM卡在GSM/TD-SCDMA融合网络中鉴权与加密关键技术和TD-LTE的鉴权与加密原则,其次讨论USIM卡在GSM/TD-SCDMA/TD-LTE网络中互操作时的鉴权与加密需求,最后提出利用UDC HLR解决方案建设GSM/TD-SCDMA/TD-LTE融合用户数据库解决USIM卡在GSM/TD-SCDMA/TD-LTE互操作时的接入网安全问题。

Making full use of the GSM/TD-SCDMA subscribers, which can ensure the consistency and continuity of GSM/TD-SCDMA and TD-LTE network, is one of the main principles of TD-LTE network construction. Firstly, the paper introduces the authentication and security mechanisms of UMTS subscribers in GSM/TD-SCDMA network, which is deifne by 3GPP, and the security features and the security mechanisms of TD-LTE. Secondly, the paper discusses the authentication and security mechanisms of UMTS subscribers in the converged network of GSM/TD-SCDMA/TD-LTE, especial for the authentication and security mechanisms of UMTS subscribers switching between GSM/TD-SCDMA and TD-LTE. Finally, the paper proposes the architecture scheme that using the UDC HLR to resolve the network access security for UMTS subscribers in the converged network of GSM/TD-SCDMA/TD-LTE.

本文结合GSM/TD-SCDMA/TD-LTE网络的特点及发展情况，提出了GSM/TD-SCDMA网络以“控”为主，TD-LTE网络以“管”为主的数据业务策略控制原则；探讨了GSM/TD-SCDMA和TD-LTE网络策略计费控制的实现方案以及融合管控方案。

This article proposed the packet service policy control principle that GSM/TD-SCDMA should focus on “control” and TD-LTE should focus on “manage”, according to the characteristics and developments of GSM/TD-SCDMA/TD-LTE ; it also discussed the solution of PCC in GSM/TD-SCDMA and TD-LTE , and the fusion management and control solution.

在研究TD-LTE与TD-SCDMA异系统同频段组网时，为避免同频相邻时隙间的干扰，要求TD-LTE和TD-SCDMA系统时隙转换点必须对齐，而传统的子帧配比对齐方式会对TD-LTE的网络容量产生影响。基于此，通过进一步对规避交叉时隙干扰的方法进行研究分析，提出了一种特殊子帧配比优化的新模式，可以有效提高TD-LTE下行系统容量和资源利用效率，有力地促进TD-LTE与TD-SCDMA两网协同发展。

In the study of TD-LTE and TD-SCDMA systems with the same band networking, in order to avoid co-channel interference between the adjacent time slots, the time slot switching point of the TD-LTE and TD-SCDMA must be aligned. The traditional alignment model of sub-frame configuration will affect the network capacity of TD-LTE. Therefore, a new optimized model of special sub-frame ratio is proposed, which can effectively improve the TD-LTE downlink system capacity and resource utilization. The proposed model provides a constructive reference to the joint development of TD-SCDMA and TD-LTE networks.

TD-SCDMA小区承载能力是评估TD-SCDMA网络容量的基础，本文从上行、下行两个维度计算TD-SCDMA小区承载能力，结合现网业务流量上下行配比，提出上行受限是目前影响TD-SCDMA网络容量的主要瓶颈。并通过分析造成上行受限的原因，提出增强TD-SCDMA小区上行承载能力的可选方案。

TD-SCDMA cell capacity is a unit of TD-SCDMA network capacity. Based on the ratio of the real network throughput, the paper estimated TD-SCDMA cell uplink and downlink capacity and proposed uplink capacity for TD-SCDMA cell capacity bottleneck. Through the analysis of influencing uplink capacity factors, the paper gave some solutions to get more TD-SCDMA cell uplink capacity.

随着4G网络大规模部署越来越近,TD-LTE的组网及优化方法是当前TD-LTE网络维护和优化的重点工作,特别是不同的建设方案对TD-SCDMA网络也存在着较为重要的影响,因此本文通过对不同的建设方案,特别是基于现有TD-SCDMA站点直接升级的TD-LTE建设方案的优劣点,提出有利于TD-SCDMA/TD-LTE双网质量提升的协同优化方法,为后续TD-LTE大规模部署及优化提供了重要的参考。本次基于江苏无锡网络进行研究和实践,达到了协同优化的目的。

With the large scale deployment of 4G networks is getting closer, networking and optimization method of TD-LTE is now of priorities in current TD-LTE network maintenance and optimization. Especially, the different schemes of TD-LTE construction have a signiifcant impact on TD-SCDMA network, therefore, according to the advantages and disadvantages of the different construction schemes, particularly the schemes of upgrading from existing TD-SCDMA sites to TD-LTE sites, this article proposed a collaborative optimization method which is in favor of the dual-network quality improvement of TD-SCDMA and TD-LTE, and which will also provide an important reference of the subsequent large-scale TD-LTE deployment and optimization. The study and practice of the network of Wuxi, Jiangsu have achieved the purpose of collaborative optimization.
