Objective: To study using Radiation/Light Field Analyzer: Visi-X to adjust Isocenter of LA , with rapid method to save many a lot of human being and time.Methods: With field 10 CM ×10 CM for reference , Radiation Field of Visi-X for adjusting reference, we use the Visi-X to adjust Radiation Field, Radiation Isocenter and Light Field indication to accord the Radiation Iso-center with the LA mechanical Isocenter.Result: The data error of the consistency of the Isocenter out from the Visi -X less than 0.5 mm compare with the film method.Conclusions: We can use the Visi-X to validate the Isocenter of LA.It is nicety、 effciency、 reli-able method that can substitute the traditional measurement.

Objective To improve the effectiveness and visibility of metal shield. Methods Using nano composite plating tech-nology, carbon nanotube was distributed on the surface of metal mesh. The microscopic structure, shielding effectiveness and visi-ble light transmittance were then tested and analyzed. Results Carbon nanotube was evenly distributed on the surface. The shiel-ding effectiveness was improved by 3~5 dB in the range of 10 kHz~1 GHz. The visible light transmittance was reduced by 5%and the metallic luster was removed. Conclusion Carbon nanotubes could simultaneously improve the shielding effectiveness and the visibility.

Mastering tourist information is very important to the eco-tourism development of nature reserves.A visi-tor survey was conducted by using interview,observation & questionnaires in Wuyishan National Nature Reserve &Wuyishan National Site Spots respectively in 2002 in spring.By statistics and comparative analysis of the survey da-ta,result shows the characteristics (the visitor demographics,preference,attitude,behavior)of Wuyishan Nature Re-serve.According to these characteristics,some suggestions such as improving tourism product propaganda,desig-ning visit route and setting up visitor education center were proposed for the eco-tourism of nature reserve.

In order to ensure the driving safety and enhance the discrimination accuracy ,a car''s night‐vision system was put forward based on active near infrared detection technique .The system included the infrared emitting unit ,infrared imaging unit ,and image display unit .The loss rate of the system in field test was 1 .3% .The experimental results imply that most infra‐red components in traditional automotive light are useless for night illumination ,and the visi‐ble light energy efficiency is lower .The car''s night‐vision system based on infrared detection technique can ensure effectively driving security .

A haze simulation algorithm is proposed,exploiting known scene depth information and the atmosphere scattering mod-el.The concept of maximum visibility is introduced.The proportionate between scene depth and haze transmittance is applied to transform the depth maps to transmission maps.The guided filtering algorithm is used to refinethe transmission maps and simu-late haze effect on the image.The experimental results demonstrate that the simulated scene by the proposed algorithm follows the aerial perspective rules.And the generated haze effects present good reality with the combination of different atmospheric visi-bility and light.

The interaction of saccharin sodium with bovine serum albumin (BSA) under simula-ted physiological conditions was investigated by fluorescence spectrometry and ultraviolet-visi-ble light absorption spectrometry ,and the binding constants ,number of binding sites and ther-modynamic parameters under different temperature were calculated .Results show that the quenching of BSA by saccharin sodium is a static quenching procedure involving complex for-mation .The interaction between BSA and saccharin sodium is dominated by Van der Waals forces or hydrogen bond ,and the binding site of saccharin sodium and BSA is close to trypto-phan residue .In addition ,metal ions influence the interaction of saccharin sodium and BSA to some extent .

The problems of the traditional operation mode in the quality and safety of information transmission in China’s export of aquatic products supply chain were analyzed, and the traceability system’s specific application in the export of aquatic products supply chain was put forward from four aspects, including farming, pro-cessing, storage and transportation. In addition, an aquatic product supply chain based on a traceability system has some advantages in terms of strengthening visi-bility of supply chain information and information communication among supply chain enterprises, reducing test cost, and effectively integrating internal and external supply chain. Final y, corresponding countermeasures for establishing export aquatic product traceability system were proposed.
