In order to reference the experience of enhancing basic research in the U.S., so as to prompt the development of basic research in China, studied the consulting paper and assessment report on basic research of the DOD and the Congressional research institute. The major measures of the U.S. government were summarized, such as strengthening the government investment, diminishing administrative interruption, prompting the cooperation with the college and university, developing government funded R&D organizations, appointing excellent project manager, and making a clear S&T strategy. Facing to the weakness on our basic research, some suggestions were put out, such as investing more resources on basic research, stabilizing the labor force of basic research, and improving the management of basic research.

This article analyzes the organizational system ,operation mode ,development of its technology and areas of focus of medical simulation〗training in U.S.Armed Forces using intelligence investigation and intelligence analysis .We can learn from the successful experience of U.S.Armed Forces and combine it with our actual needs in our own development of medical simulation training.

Therefore, considering service viewpoint models of DoDAF V2.0 as the main view models, an enterprise cloud services architecture design framework was proposed based on SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) in order to enhance the information resources reusability, agility and faster time to the changing requirements of enterprise IT service systems. Counterfeit electronic components have lfushed into the U.S. military weapon equipment systems in great quantities, causing serious damage to the weapon construction and national security, and drew heightened concern of the U.S. congress, the department of Defense (DoD), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and so on. This paper studied the concept and scope of counterfeit electronic components, as well as their influence on weapon systems and cyberspace security in the U.S., analyzed the main reasons why counterfeit electronic components invaded the defense supply chain, and generalized a series of preventing measures taken bythe U.S. government and military, such as establishing legal system to guard against counterfeit electronic components, supporting technologies of anti-counterfeit electronic components, imposing punishment to offenders involved in manufacturing counterfeit electronic components, which is worthwhile to be shared by Chinese counterparts.
