论文简要介绍了舰载激光武器的特点及其性能,重点探讨了美海军和国防部正在研究的三类主要的激光器:光纤固体激光器、板条固体激光器和自由电子激光器,并分析了发展舰载激光武器遇到的挑战,描述了美海军未来发展的总体构想,最后预测了舰载激光武器的发展前景。

The characteristics and performance of shipboard laser weapons are discussed, with focus on three types of lasers being developed by the U. S. Navy and Department of Defense:fiber solid‐state lasers, slab solid‐state lasers and free electron lasers. The challenges encountered during the development of shipboard laser weapons are analyzed, the overall con‐cept of the future development of the U. S. Navy is described, and the prospects of shipboard laser weapons are predicted.

电磁频谱作为重要的战略资源，已广泛运用于预警探测、指挥通信、电子对抗等军事领域，现代战争实践已证明，在未来海战场，电磁频谱管理已成为影响战争胜负的关键因素之一。从行政管理、作战指挥、技术支持三条线分析了美军国防部、各军兵种及联合作战司令部的频谱管理机构、相互关系及其职责，对开展电磁频谱管理工作具有重要借鉴意义。

Electromagnetic spectrum is an important strategic resource. It is employed in several aspects such as radar, communication, navigation, electronic warfare and so on. The responsi-bilities and interrelationships of electromagnetic spectrum management branches are analyzed from the view of administration, combat command and technical support viewpoint in department of defense, the combatant commands and other military departments, which is worthy to be learned.

美军在医学模拟训练领域已形成系统的研发和组织体系,建立了以国防部投资为主,美军模拟仿真指导委员会为中心的医学模拟训练组织体系;重点研究领域主要有战创伤训练系统、医学临床实践、健康指导模拟环境、医学教育开发工具。该文采用情报调研与情报分析方法,探析了美军医学模拟训练的组织体系和运行方式,以及医学模拟技术发展现状与重点领域,借此提出我军可以借鉴美军经验,结合我军实际发展需要发展医学模拟培训。

Medical simulation training of US Armed Forces has formed a research , development and organization system, with the DOD as the chief investor and the CSC as the center .The main research fields are Combat Casualty Training Consortium Initiative , Medical Practice Initiative , Patient Focused Initiative and the Developer Tools Initiative . This article analyzes the organizational system ,operation mode ,development of its technology and areas of focus of medical simulation〗training in U.S.Armed Forces using intelligence investigation and intelligence analysis .We can learn from the successful experience of U.S.Armed Forces and combine it with our actual needs in our own development of medical simulation training.

云计算应用和企业私有云建设不是简单的虚拟化和传统意义上的主机托管.为了着力提升企业信息资源的重用性、敏捷性和快速服务响应水平,以国防部体系结构框架DoDAF V2.0的服务视图模型为主体,提出一个基于面向服务体系结构(SOA)的企业云服务体系结构设计框架.通过服务视图模型间约束关系的研究和融合云计算模式的面向服务体系解析,建立相应的企业云服务体系结构设计规范和企业云计算应用实施环境.最后,提出了一个基于松耦合SOA的云应用解决方案,从而支持企业云服务体系结构设计和云计算应用技术实施.

The application of cloud computing technology and the enterprise private cloud solutions are neither simply virtualization nor traditional hosting cloud service. Therefore, considering service viewpoint models of DoDAF V2.0 as the main view models, an enterprise cloud services architecture design framework was proposed based on SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) in order to enhance the information resources reusability, agility and faster time to the changing requirements of enterprise IT service systems. In the paper, the enterprise cloud service architecture design standard and enterprise cloud computing application context was established by research on the constraint relationship among service viewpoint models in DoDAF V2.0 and the analysis of mix cloud computing pattern to Service Oriented Architecture. 伪冒电子元器件大量进入美军武器装备系统,严重危害美国装备建设和国家安全,引起美国国会、国防部等多部门的高度关注。在美国,伪冒电子元器件大幅增多,致使装备的可靠性降低,加大了装备研制的时间成本和经济成本,并严重威胁网络空间安全。伪冒电子元器件在美国国防供应链中泛滥的主要原因是国防部门监管不力、措施不足。为应对伪冒电子元器件问题,美国政府和军方采取了一系列防范措施,如,制定防止伪冒电子元器件法律条款,开展反伪冒电子元器件技术研发,加大对制售伪冒电子元器件人员的处罚力度等。美国从法律、管理等层面对伪冒电子元器件所采取的应对措施,值得我们参考和借鉴。

Counterfeit electronic components have lfushed into the U.S. military weapon equipment systems in great quantities, causing serious damage to the weapon construction and national security, and drew heightened concern of the U.S. congress, the department of Defense (DoD), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and so on. This paper studied the concept and scope of counterfeit electronic components, as well as their influence on weapon systems and cyberspace security in the U.S., analyzed the main reasons why counterfeit electronic components invaded the defense supply chain, and generalized a series of preventing measures taken bythe U.S. government and military, such as establishing legal system to guard against counterfeit electronic components, supporting technologies of anti-counterfeit electronic components, imposing punishment to offenders involved in manufacturing counterfeit electronic components, which is worthwhile to be shared by Chinese counterparts.
