塔里木盆地和威利斯顿盆地均以古生界海相碳酸盐岩为主要勘探层系。基于对构造沉积背景和油气成藏条件的对比分析,探讨了两个盆地古生界海相碳酸盐岩油气成藏的异同。威利斯顿盆地所处的北美板块规模较大,构造相对稳定,沉积主要受海平面升降的控制。塔里木盆地所处的塔里木板块规模较小,构造变动强烈,沉积受构造运动影响较大。威利斯顿盆地发育了高丰度的烃源岩、良好的孔隙型储层和蒸发岩盖层。而塔里木盆地古生界发育高-过成熟度烃源岩、岩溶型和白云岩储层及泥岩和蒸发岩主导的盖层。二者均发育有多种类型圈闭的古隆起,可作为盆地油气富集的主要区带。威利斯顿盆地发育的多套蒸发岩盖层使得含油气系统概念在该盆地能够得到有效的应用,而油气成藏体系则可以更有效地指导以塔里木盆地为代表的多源、多灶和多成藏期盆地的油气勘探。白云岩-蒸发岩构成了威利斯顿盆地重要的储-盖组合类型。以此类比,塔里木盆地巴楚和塔中地区的中、下寒武统白云岩-中寒武统膏盐岩储-盖组合是未来勘探的有利目标区。

The Paleozoic marine carbonates are the main exploration targets in both Tarim and Williston basins .Based on a comparative analysis of both tectonic-depositional setting and conditions for the formation of hydrocarbon accumula-tions,this paper discusses the similarities and differences of hydrocarbon accumulation in the Paleozoic marine carbonates of the two basins .Williston Basin locates within the large North America Plate with relatively stable tectonic setting .The sedimentation within the basin was mainly controlled by eustasy .In contrast ,Tarim Basin locates in the much smaller Tar-im Plate and experienced frequent and intensive structural deformations .As a result,the sedimentation within the basin was mainly controlled by the tectonic movements .Williston Basin has high-TOC effective source rocks ,good porous-type reservoirs and evaporite cap rocks ,while Tarim Basin has high-mature to overmature source rocks ,karst and dolomite res-ervoirs,and mudstone and evaporite cap roc

目的：探讨氨磺必利对老年精神分裂症患者临床疗效及认知功能的影响。方法将90例老年精神分裂症患者随机分为A组与B组，同期抽取健康体检退休职工45名设为对照组。A组与B组分别口服氨磺必利与利培酮治疗，观察12周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表、简明精神病量表评定临床疗效，副反应量表评定不良反应，采用威斯康星卡片分类测验评定认知功能。结果治疗后两组患者阳性与阴性症状量表及简明精神病量表评分均较治疗前显著下降（P＜0．05或0．01）。治疗12末两组患者威斯康星卡片分类测验的持续错误数、持续应答数、完成第1个分类所需应答数因子分均较治疗前显著下降（P＜0．05），但仍显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）；完成分类数因子分均较治疗前显著升高，但仍显著低于对照组（P＜0．01）。两组总体不良反应发生率比较差异无显著性（χ2＝2．47，P＞0．05）。结论氨磺必利能显著改善老年精神分裂症患者的各种精神症状及认知功能，且安全性高，与利培酮相当。

Objective To explore the influence of amisulpride on clinical effect and cognitive function of se‐nile schizophrenia .Methods Ninety senile schizophrenics were randomly assigned to group A and B ,re‐tired employees selected from health examination in the corresponding period to control group .Group A took orally amisulpride and B did risperidone for 12 weeks .Clinical efficacy were assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) and Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS) ,adverse reactions with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) ,and cognitive functions with the Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST) .Results After treatment the PANSS and BPRS scores of group A and B lowered more sig‐nificantly compared with pretreatment (P 0 .05) .Conclusion Amisulpride equivalent to risperi‐done could notably improve various kinds of mental symptoms and cognitive functions of senile schizo‐phrenics and has higher safety .

自北美Bakken组致密油成功开发以后，致密油资源已成为各国非常规油气资源勘探开发的热点领域，我国在鄂尔多斯盆地延长组致密油的勘探开发中取得了一定的突破。从地质背景、岩性特征、生油岩特征、储集条件等方面，将威利斯顿盆地Bakken组与鄂尔多斯盆地延长组长7段致密油的成藏机理和富集规律进行系统对比。对比结果显示：两者在构造背景、源储配置关系、生油岩特征、储集层特征等方面相似，不同之处在于延长组的泥页岩平均厚度大于Bakken组。鄂尔多斯盆地延长组长7段和威利斯顿盆地Bakken组致密油具有极其相似的成藏条件和富集规律，认为鄂尔多斯盆地延长组致密油具有较好的勘探前景。

Since the tight oil of Bakken Formation in north America developed successfully in industry,the tight oil has become a hot spot in the exploration and development of unconventional oil and gas resources,and the Chang 7 Member of Yanchang Formation in Ordos Basin has already got a great breakthrough to some extent in this hot area.Based on geological background,lithofacies features,oil-generating conditions and reservoir characteristics,this paper compared the mechanism of petroleum accumulation and the rule of enrichment of the tight oil in Bakken Formation with that in the Chang 7 Member of Yanchang Formation.The results show that the two formations are quite similar in geological background,disposition of source and reservoir rock,charac-teristics of source rock and reservoir.The only difference is that the average thickness of the shale in Yanchang Formation is thicker than that in the Bakken Formation.The comparison results indicate that the Yanchang For-mation in Ordos Basin has a
