安哥拉南部社会住房项目具有平面空间及纵向海拔跨度大，气候、地形、地貌以及地质状况存在巨大差异且复杂多变的特点。施工图阶段如何合理的利用现状地形、当地材料及施工技术水平进行设计方案优化，达到降低工程造价、削弱施工难度、缩短工期、推进项目的顺利实施是该项目中的重要问题。通过对该项目设计优化的分析和研究，探讨出适合海外EPC项目的设计优化原则和方法，并总结了安哥拉南部社会住房项目设计优化经验，可为其他海外EPC项目的设计工作提供重要的借鉴。

The Real Estate Development projects in southern Angola have many characteristics , such as large span of plane space and longitudinal altitude ,great difference and complicated variable in climate ,topography ,geomorphology , and geological conditions .The important issue of thes projects at the designing stage is to optimize the design plan by tak-ing advantage of the present topography ,local materials and constructive techniques ,in order to reduce the construction expense and difficulty ,shorten construction period ,as well as promote project implementation .Based on the analysis and research of the design optimization of these projects ,the principles and methods suitable for overseas EPC general con-tract projects were put forward ,and the design optimization experience were summarized .This study can provide some references for the design of other overseas EPC general contract projects .

文章简述了在安哥拉共和国市政工程S?oPedro排水渠沟槽基础开挖施工中，通过对高地下水位、含流砂基础开挖支护的各种方案措施的综合研究，希望对有类似地质情况工程施工方案的研究和选择提供有益参考。

This paper described the comprehensive research on the various measures for excavation support of the foun- dation bearing sand in deep water of the foundation drainage trench excavation construction in the municipal engineering of Angola Republic S?oPedro. And the author hoped to provide a useful reference for engineering construction schemes in sim- ilar geological conditions.

文化休克现象是留学生在跨文化交际中普遍存在的一种现象,它影响着留学生的学习。随着长沙理工大学外国语学院留学生教育工作的不断发展,留学生中的文化休克现象日益受到重视。基于此,以长沙理工大学安哥拉留学生为例,分析文化休克对土木专业留学生学习的影响,并提出为解决文化休克问题,提高管理和教学效果应采取的对策。

Culture shock is a universal phenomenon,which prevails in international students’intercultural communication and af-fects their study. With the development of international education in Changsha University of Science and Technology,concern for the culture shock is increasing. This article will take Angolan students from Changsha University of Science and Technology as an example, to analyze the influence of culture shock on international students majoring in civil engineering and proposes the countermeasure of im-proving management and teaching effect in order to solve culture shock.

在石油供需缺口日益加大、对外依存度持续增高的今天,以充分利用国际油气资源为目标,积极开展对外合作,加快海外资源投资开发力度尤为重要。非洲地区油气资源丰富,是全球当前油气储量、产量增长的主要地区。非洲是我国最大的海外份额油来源地,拥有大小几十个油气项目,截至2012年中国公司在非洲的权益剩余原油储量达到34×108bbl。与此同时,非洲还是我国继中东之后第二大原油进口地区,原油主要来自西非和北非的安哥拉、刚果、苏丹等国。中国与非洲各国间的合作给双方带来双赢效益,中国公司在非洲的油气运营也是扩大非洲原油进口的有力保障。

Because of increasing shortage of domestic oil supply and continuous heavy dependence on foreign-trade ,China has to import a lot of crude oil every year .In order to make full use foreign energy resources ,it is important to cooperate with international companies and increase overseas investment .With abundant oil and gas resources ,Africa is the main area where both the reserves and production are increasing in the world .Chinese companies has about 3 .4 billion barrel of commercial oil remainder reserves in Africa by the end of 2012 and dozens of projects .Africa has become the largest source region for China to get overseas oil .Furthermore ,Africa is the second largest oil-export region for China ,Middle East being the largest ,and most crude oil comes from Angola ,Congo ,Sudan ,etc .Cooperation between China and Africa has brought benefits for both sides . As the same time ,Chinese overseas projects in Africa have provided security for increasing crude oil imported from Africa .

简要地分析了磷酸盐矿物的地质特征和结构特征,并详细分析了安哥拉罗安达水泥厂含磷石灰岩矿床的化学组成、磷和氟含量及其矿物特征和形貌。在此基础上,重点试验研究了P2O5对水泥生产和熟料性能的影响情况。试验结果初步显示:(1)含磷高的原料对熟料的烧成和产品性能影响很大,因P2O5既会影响水泥熟料矿物C3S的形成,还会阻碍水泥的早期水化,严重影响水泥的凝结和硬化过程;(2)熟料中当w(P2O5)2.0%时可以制备性能满足要求的水泥,在生产控制中要严格控制生料中w(P2O5)1.0%[石灰石中w(P2O5)0.8%]为宜;(3)在含磷熟料中,适量F-的存在[w(F-)0.35%]能降低P2O5的负影响。

The geological and structure characteristics of phosphate minerals were analysed in brief, and chemical composition,con-tents of phosphorus and fluorine and its mineral characteristics and morphology of phosphorus limestone mineral of Angola Luanda Ce-ment Plant were analysed in detail. On that basis, the effect of P2O5 on cement production and clinker property was laied stress on.And the results show as follow, (1) high phosphorus raw material has great impact on clinker calcination and production properties, as P2O5 can not only hinder the formation of C3S and delay cement early hydration which affect greatly cement setting and hardening process. (2) qualified cement can be produced when P2O5 content in clinker is less than 2.0%, and in real production, w(P2O5) in raw material should be controlled at less than 1.0%(in limestone, w(P2O5)<0.8%);(3) for phosphorus clinker, a proper amount of fluorine [w(F-)<0.35%] can mitigate the negative effect caused by P2O5.
