Active measurement is a common method for the network measurement. The implementation process of most active measurement tool can be divided into three parts: sending, receiving and processing packets. In this paper, we study the current active detection method of network performance in those three aspects and summarize the common procedure of the active measurement. A kind of development kit is designed to quickly implement various active measurement tool based on libnet and winpcap. The implementation of the active measurement tool is simplified by encapsulating all kinds of the operation required in the active measurement procedure and providing unified programming interface in the new design. As the experimental results suggest, the active measurement development kit is able to realize various function of the active measurement tool and greatly reduce the code compared with existing tool, and the efficiency is highly improved.

In view of the complexity in practical operation of electric power optical transport network (EP-OTN), according to the scene of stochastic concurrent multi-link failure and on the basis of traditional active failure location algorithm a multi-link failure location algorithm based on active monitoring service, namely the active fusion algorithm, is proposed. Firstly the proposed algorithm preprocesses the alarm information included in the business and simplifies the alarm table; then the monitoring service is sent by the active monitor; finally the multi-link failure is located accurately. Using the proposed active fusion algorithm the failure location accuracy can be increased by more than 10 percent than using traditional passive location algorithm. The intermittence of power output of renewable energy sources has brought about extremely great challenges to the optimal dispatch and operation of distribution networks.The active distribution network (ADN) is an effective approach to realizing the integration of new energy resources into the distribution network in the near future.This paper focuses on the multi-time scale coordinated control framework of ADN in the normal state,including the global optimal control in a long-time scale and the regional autonomous control in a short-time scale.On the basis of the above control framework,the global optimal algorithm for ADN based on the optimal power flow(OPF)and the regional autonomous control strategy based on the power control error are proposed,respectively.The simulation results demonstrate the robustness and optimal characteristics of the proposed multi-time scale coordinated control technology,and its effectiveness for ADN real-time dispatch is also verified.

A dynamics model of a full vehicle w hich equipped the active suspension system and ac-tive roll stabilizer was set up to improve ride performance and handling stability of the vehicle .Also active suspension and active roll stabilizer controllers were designed based on the coupling relationship between the two systems .The PID integrated control strategy was designed based on PID control and linear control .The vehicle in the steering working situation was simulated with MATLAB/Simulink . The simulation results show the effectiveness of proposed integrated control strategy to improve han-dling stability and ride comfort .
