简述了转化医学产生的背景、概念及当前国内发展现状,分析了转化医学在中(兽)医药研发过程中应用的模式和难点,针对中(兽)医药转化研究的特点提出加强中(兽)医药转化研究的几点建议。盼望中国农业科学院兽医药物监督所率先创建中兽医药临床疗效评价中心。

The paper summarizes the background, the concept and the current domestic devel- opment status of translational medicine. It also analyzes the mode of translational medicine ap- plied in TCVM research and the difficulty. In accordance with its characteristics, several sug- gestions are proposed to strengthen TCVM Translational research. It is hoped that Veterinari- an Medicine Surveillance Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences should take the lead in the foundation of Veterinarian Medicine Clinical Curative Effect Appraisal Center.

药用昆虫作为中药的重要组成部分,相关医药研发日益获得重视。昆虫性信息素的研究应用也因此受到关注。目前,昆虫性信息素主要用于农林业害虫防治。本文在简述昆虫性信息素的化学成分、释放及应用的同时,对昆虫性信息素在昆虫大量诱捕、干扰交配、配合治虫等在药用昆虫资源的开发中的应用也进行初步探讨。

Medical insects are an important part of traditional Chinese medicine, their biomedical research and development of insects are gaining attention. The research and application of insect sex pheromone in this area also draws great attention. Currently, in-sect sex pheromone is mainly used for pest control in agroforestry. The review briefly describes the chemical constituents, release, and application of insect sex pheromones;meanwhile, the application of insect sex pheromone and its uses in mass trapping, mating disrup-tion, and pest control, in the insect resources development are preliminarily discussed.

低聚木糖是由2~7个木糖分子以β–1，4糖苷键连接而成的功能性低聚糖，具有低热值、良好的稳定性、显著的双歧杆菌增殖效果和抑制病原菌等特性。近年来，低聚木糖作为一种新型的添加剂，其应用已经越来越广泛，越来越多的功能性食品和饲料等产品中添加了低聚木糖作为功能成分。该文介绍了低聚木糖的主要功能特性，以及在食品工业、饲料工业、医药以及农业等领域的应用研究和产品开发现状，并展望了低聚木糖产品的研发趋势及前景。

Xylooligosaccharides is a kindof functionaloligosaccharides with 2~7 xylose molecules linked byβ–1,4 glycosidic bonds. Becauseof its significant functional properties,such as lowcaloric value,good stability,promoting the multiplicationof bifidobacteria in intestines,inhibiting pathogenic bacteria and soon,xylooligosaccharides has been widely studied and used as a new additive in recent years. It has become a hot spot to develop functional xylooligosaccharide products in foodstuff and feed industries. The main functional properties as well as the applied research and the product development in food,feed,medicine and agriculture fields were introduced in the paper,in addition,the prospect and development trendof xylooligosaccharides were evaluated.
