Based on petrological characteristics of the Upper Permian coal in eastern Yunnan and the statistic analysis of gas content, gas emission and coal mine gas accidents, this paper conducted comparative research on petrographic composition, coal structure, coal screening test results, gas content of each coal seam and gas emis-sion. The results show that petrological characteristics of coal, such as metamorphism degree, coal maceral, size fraction and porosity have determined gas accumulation and resulted in the regional differences of the gas emission. The emission category of Upper Permian in eastern Yunnan can be divided into several types:uniform emission of low rank coal, uniform emission of middle rank coal, non-uniform bursting of middle rank coal, uniform emission and non-uniform bursting of high rank coal. The uniform emission of middle rank coal is dominant.

On the basis of the test research on Shengli lignite coal grinding and calculation about large fan mill type-selection,the method of fan mill type-selection was proposed for lignite with low calorific value, low grindability,high moisture and used in high altitude conditions.It suggested the FM410.1300 fan mill be adopted and configured in 6+2 mode.When the ventilation volume of a single fan mill satisfies the re-quirements of coal dryness in BMCR load condition,the air coal ratio is 1.54.Furthermore,according to such parameters as coal fineness R90,pulverizing unit coal consumption,ventilation and booster pressure picked up in the commissioning curves of S02 mill,the corrected booster pressure of the FM410.1 300 fan mill is 1 594 Pa.The pipeline resistance is suggested to be matched with the corresponding booster pres-sure.Fan mill type selection calculation for small S02 mill and the field MB3600/1000/490 large scale fan mill was conducted respectively.The obtained booster

In order to study the classifying and separating effect of composite slime cyclone,the structure of composite slime cyclone was in-troduced,and the working principle was analyzed,and on the basis of the conclusions of flow field numerical simulation of the classifying and separating effects of composite slime cyclone,the structures of classification before separation and separation before classification com-posite slime cyclone were designed,the testing system was constructed,and the test was proceeded.The results showed two types could achieve obvious classifying and separation effect,but the classifying and separating effects of the classification before separation were better than that of the separation before classification.However,the best structure parameters of the composite slime cyclone and operating param-eters needed to be studied.

A large quantity of semi-coke powder with particle size less than 3mm are used to make gasification briquette,which can not only reduce the cost of gasification briquette,but also make full use of resources. Briquette coal is molded at room temperature and under pressure. This paper focuses on the influence of different binders upon the properties of briquette coal and the change of ash melting temperature of semi-coke when refractory agent is added. With the same amount of binder,the briquette coal with organic binder has higher falling shatter strength and higher calorific value than that with inorganic binder,but its thermal stability is poor. Clay 1 (wAl2O3>60%) not only has bonding capability,but also increases the melting point of coal ash. The composite binder,containing sodium humate,starch,clay 1,can make the falling shatter strength and ash melting point of semi-coke meet the requirements of gasification briquette.

In order to improve the mechanical strength of bituminous briquette,the modified humic acid was adopted as binder.The influ-ence of heating time and temperature,mass fraction of NaOH,humic acid addition on compressive strength and dropping strength of bri-quette was investigated through the single element experiment and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the modified briquette had better mechanical strength,the briquetting ratio of fine coal was high.The main influencing factor was humic acid addition,followed by mass fraction of NaOH,heating time and temperature.The optimum technological condition was that the heating time was 130 minutes,the mass fraction of NaOH was 6%,the heating temperature was 90 ℃ ,the addition of modified humic acid was 15%.Under the optimum con-dition,the compressive strength and dropping strength of briquette was 1620.2 N,99.0%.The bituminous briquette bonded by modified hu-mic acid was suitable for industrial production.
