Comprehensive considering materials, structure, connection, frequency, processing, operation and other factors, the vibration fixture of IF converter is designed. Meanwhile, in order to verify the vibration fixture structure strength and stiffness. The modal condition and random vibration analysis are studied by ANSYS, and the natural frequency, vibration modes, acceleration, displacement and stress distribution of vibration fixture can be obtained .The relative error between the experimental data and the theoretical data of the sensor transfer coefficient on the X, Y, Z three directions of the vibration fixture are 11.1%, 6.3%, 2.9%respectively. So it is illustrated that the IF converter vibration tooling design can satisfy the requirement, and the software simulation results have important guidance for the follow-up work, which can effectively solve the defects of the traditional design, such as conservative cycle long design and low efficiency.
