This paper proposes a realization method of (Build In Self Test, BIST) technique of sequential circuits based on chaotic sequence. "0-1"Random sequences with the white noise characteristics which generate by chaotic logistic map model suite as digital circuits test pattern. Test response signature of chaotic sequence are obtained from the output response characteristic analysis of (Cyclic Redundancy Check,CRC) circuits. Studies have shown that the chaotic iterative sequence test pattern is not unique to impose order especially for sequential circuits, so the method presented in this paper fault detection rate is greater than that of M sequence and easy for realization of BIST, and suitable for large-scale FPGA and other programmable logic circuits automatic testing.

The quality of Graphical User Interface ( GUI ) directly affects the reliability and usability of the entire software system. When testing the graphical user interface,it generally adopts the method of extracting model,and the frequently models based on the graphical user interface are Event Flow Graph( EFG) and Event Interaction Graph( EIG) . However,the algorithm of EFG into EIG is complex,this paper proposes an algorithm. In this paper,the GUI events with a specific division and the use of the special nature of the modal window event optimize the original algorithm. It indicates the new algorithm can be used for GUI and the obtained data is more accurate and more efficient with the real cases than Memon in GUI.
本文对静态随机存储器(SRAM)总剂量辐射引起的功能失效进行了六种不同测试图形下的测试.利用不同测试图形覆盖的出错模式不同,通过对比一定累积剂量下同一器件不同测试图形测试结果的差异,以及对失效存储单元单独进行测试,研究了总剂量辐照引起的SRAM器件功能失效模式.研究表明:器件的功能失效模式为数据保存错误(Data retention fault)且数据保存时间具有离散性,引起数据保存错误的SRAM功能模块为存储单元.通过对存储单元建立简化的等效电路图,分析了造成存储单元数据保存错误以及保存时间离散性的原因,并讨论了该失效模式对SRAM总剂量辐射功能测试方法的影响.
In the present paper, function test of different test pattern was used to investigate function failure of static random access memory (SRAM) induced by the total dose effect. By comparing the function test results of different test pattern and single error bit, it is shown that the failure mode of the device is data retention fault, and different storage cell had diverse data retention time, the fault module of device is the storage cell. We discussed the reason for these phenomena in detail using simple circuit model of storage cell, and also analyzed the influence of these phenomena on test method to evaluate the total dose radiation damage of SRAM.

SPI memory has been widely used in many kinds of electronic products and industrial control systems in recent years.SPI is a kind of serial interface,so it is difficult to use the algorithm pattern generator to generate the address automatically by universal ATE.This paper analyzed the structural features and test difficulties of the SPI memory,and proposed a method of automatically generated algorithm pattern for SPI memory which is based on the parallel-to-serial logic.In addition,we took the SPI EEPROM chip AT25HP512 as an example,realized the test program development.This paper confirmed that this method could overcome the algorithm automatically generated difficulties about SPI memory address and is applicable to the testing of such chips.

With the development of society, the safety production management of the coal mine has achieved more and more attention. However, current coal mine scheduling information management system of unit form has very slow operation speed and other problems. In view of that, this paper proposes a graphic information management system of coal mine scheduling based on WebGIS which demonstrates the scheduling information in a form of graphs, adopts a method of object-oriented programming to design the system architecture, system function and system database, and finally conducts the tests after realization of the system. Experimental results show that the proposed graphic information management system based on WebGIS has good performance in connection speed and pressure resistance capacity.

This paper presents the design idea and implementation framework to share graphics workstation with virtual desktop and GPU pass-through, as well summarizes the use scenario and performance analysis. The virtualization technology helps creating standalone virtual desktops for multi-users who share CPU,memory and storage resources of graphic workstation, while the pass-through technology is used to assign GPUs to different desktops, thus making it possible to share the graphic workstation with multiple graphics cards among equal number of users. Graphics designers connect to their own desktop and run graphics intensive applications from traditional PCs,thin clients or even intelligent devices. Test results show that the performance can be ensured because the graphic processing is finally done on the pass-through physical graphic card.
