通过实验分析了硅胶、活性氧化铝和13X分子筛的再生、吸附性能。结果表明:在再生阶段,在风量330m3/h、空气温度70℃、含湿量5.46g/kg时,13X分子筛的再生性能最优;在吸附阶段,风量为330m3/h、空气温度28℃、含湿量17.96 g/kg时,活性氧化铝和13X分子筛的平均吸附量基本一样,优于硅胶;而相同风量、空气温度32℃、含湿量18.09 g/kg的工况下,13X分子筛的吸附性能最优。因此,在该实验条件下,13X分子筛表现出更强的再生和吸附能力,更适合用于固定床吸附除湿。
The regeneration and adsorption performance of silica gel, activated alumina and 13X molecular sieve are analyzed by experiments. The results show: in regeneration phase, 13X molecular sieve has the best performance when air rate is 330 m3/h, air temperature is 70℃and humidity ratio is 5.46 g/kg;In adsorption phase, the average adsorption performance of activated alumina is basically the same as 13X molecular sieve, which is better than silica gel when air rate is 330 m3/h, the air temperature is 28 ℃ and the humidity ratio is 17.96 g/kg; When the air rate is the same, air temperature is 32 ℃, and the humidity ratio is 18.09 g/kg, the adsorption performance of 13X molecular sieve is the best. As a result, under this test conditions, 13X molecular sieve shows a better ability of regeneration and adsorption, which is more adopted to the fixed bed adsorption dehumidification.
