科技创新服务平台是由服务政府向社会提供的一种科技类的服务产品,包括共性技术平台、创新创业平台和资源共享平台三类科技平台。架构面向区域创新的资源服务平台,需要通过网络系统把区域创新系统内的各种资源结合起来,建立统一的数据和信息交换平台,提供面向用户的跨区域、跨部门的共享服务。基于区域经济社会发展特点和发展要求,需要各区域以政府主导搭建基于区域创新的区域科技公共服务平台支撑体系,包括基础设施规划建设、平台基本架构和功能拓展。这是平台顺畅运行和长效发展的保障。

Technological innovation service platform is a kind of service product of technology to the public provided by local government. It includes three technology platforms, in specific, the common technology platform, innovation and entrepreneurship platform and resource sharing platform. Building resources service platform for regional innovation, the government should combine a variety of resources within the regional innovation system by means of the network system, establish a unified data and information exchange platform, and provide users with sharing services, which are cross-regional and cross-sectoral. Based on regional economic and social development, the local government shall set up a supporting system for technological innovation, including infrastructure planning and construction, the basic platform architecture and functionality expansion and the protection of smooth operation and long-term development.
