《内地与香港关于建立更紧密经贸关系的安排》签订以来,粤港服务贸易自由化发展成效明显:服务贸易总额逐年增加,金融合作成为粤港服务贸易自由化重点发展领域,专业服务比重不断提升。新形势下,进一步推进粤港服务贸易自由化,从全球而言,是适应国际政治经济新环境的需要;从国内来讲,是受到上海设立自贸区的挑战;从省内来说,是广东外贸行业转型升级的需要。结合分析结果,提出了提高政府效率,营造良好环境;打造多个合作平台,对接港澳服务贸易;注重队伍建设,培养优质人才等建议。
