By controlling the optical purity of (R)-3-amino piperidine double hydrochloride is more than 98%can be sure qualified the optical purity of alogliptin benzoate.

OBJECTIVE To measure the purity of Sinomenine Hydrochloride by two different principles meth-ods and establish a method for uncertainty evaluation .METHODS According to Technical Norm of Primary Refer-ence Material and Technical Norm of Measuremen , HPLC was selected to deterimiante the purity of Sinomenine Hydrochloride ,and the uncertainty evaluation was analyzed systematically .Sinomenine Hydrochloride purity value was verified by the non-aqueous acid-base titration.RESULTS By using HPLC method ,The standard value and un-certainty of Sinomenine Hydrochloride purity was 99.87%±0.41%(k=2,P=0.95).The standard value of Sino-menine Hydrochloride purity was 99.88% by the non-aqueous acid-base titration within the uncertainty range.CONCLUSION The valuation and uncertainty evaluation in Purity determination of Sinomenine Hydrochlo-ride by using HPLC and non-aqueous acid-base titration is accurate and reliable , and avoids the defect by using a single analysis method ,it is helpfu

In this paper ,we detailedly elucidated two methods and display modes of peak purity analysis based on the evalua-tion of the principle of peak purity analysis. Besides ,the precautions of applying peak purity analysis were discussed combining with practical experiences of using Agilent HPLC workstation.

High purity manganese dioxide nanorods were prepared from titanium oxide abraum salt by hydro-thermal method .In this experiment , the effects of different reaction conditions on the purity and yield were stud-ied.The purity and yield were used to determine the best conditions .Meanwhile, XRD, FT-IR, SEM, ICP were used to characterize the samples .The results show that the purity of manganese dioxide nanorods increases slightly with the increase of pH , the purity reaches the highest at the pH of 2.0, while the purity reduces as the pH continue to increase .The yield of manganese dioxide nanorods increases with the increase of pH , and the yield reaches the highest at the pH of 4 .0 , while the yield reduces as the pH continue to increase .The purity and the yield reach the highest when the amount of sodium chloride is 0.08 g.With the increase of the dosage of sodium chlorate , the yield of manganese dioxide nanorods increases , while the purity is hardly changed .

The status of seed purity are increased in seed production. The molecular marker techniques are app-lied to the identification of seed purity increasingly with advantages of quick, stable and reliable etc. In this paper, the polymorphism of‘Zhexiu 1’ hybrids and its parental lines were analyzed with SSR marker system. The results showed that there are 3 pairs of SSR primers presenting stable codominance among 699 pairs of screened SSR primers, which were stable and polymorphic amplification profiles in hybrid and their parents. The bands of hybrid were complement types of their parents, which were adapted to examine purity of‘Zhexiu 1’ hybrid seeds, and were approximate to their field purity respectively. It suggested that SSR technique has wide prospective in hybrid seed purity test of‘Zhexiu 1’.
