以胜利油田为例，利用DEA-Malmquist指数法将胜利油田与中石化、中石油和中海油的自主创新能力做综合评价。从技术效率变化、技术变化和规模效率变化三方面综合反映各评价对象的自主创新能力，检验其生产率是否DEA有效，并指出非DEA有效的原因，提出针对性对策建议。结果表明，胜利油田大部分年份的全要素生产指数较低，为非DEA有效，并且不同年份自主创新能力波动幅度较大。

Taking Shengli oilfield as an example,we used DEA-Malmquist index method to make comprehensive evaluation about the capacity of independent innovation with Sinopec,Petro China and CNOOC. The evaluated object’s capacity for independent innovation was comprehensively reflected from the technical efficiency change , technical and scale efficiency changes. Then we tested whether its productivity is DEA efficient or not ,pointed out the reasons of non DEA effective,and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions. The results showed that the Shengli oilfield’s total factor production index is low in most of years,which means non DEA efficient,and the independent innovation ability has a large fluctuation in different years.

"职业指导"也称职业咨询或就业指导,职业指导作为就业服务工作的一项重要内容,在促进就业以及实现人职合理匹配等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用,同时随着职业指导在深度与广度上的不断延伸,系统化、专业化、科学化的职业指导逐步成为就业服务工作的发展方向,也给职业指导人员提出了新的更高的要求。本文通过分析胜利胜利油田职业指导工作的现状,就提升胜利油田职业指导工作水平提出了一些意见及建议,以促进胜利油田职业指导队伍整体职业素质的提升。

Vocational guidance ,also called career counseling or career guidance ,which is an important content of employ-ment service ,plays a more and more important role in promoting employment and realizing reasonable match of human resource and related jobs .Along with the width and depth of vocational guidance development ,systemized ,specialized and scientific vo-cational guidance is becoming the development direction of employment service ,accordingly the requirement for the career guid-ance personnel are much more higher .The paper analyzes the current situation of the vocational guidance work of Shengli Oil-field and gives some related ideas and suggestions ,which might promote the whole service level of vocational guidance work of Shengli Oilfield .

连续抽油杆具有质量轻、无节箍、下深大、防偏磨等优势,随着油田不断开发,其应用规模也逐年增加。由于目前没有规范的连续杆组合设计应用方法,使得设计时工作量大、效率低、设计结果不准确。根据胜利油区的油藏地质特征、油井井况条件、生产参数等,通过设计计算,建立了连续抽油杆柱组合设计模板。现场应用表明:有效提高了工作效率和连续杆组合设计结果的可靠性,避免材料浪费,节能降耗,提高系统效率,为油田应用连续杆提供科学依据,实现油井高效、经济运行生产。

Continuous suck rod features of light-weight,no connector,deep down-hole and less side wearing,and has found its wider use yearly.As for no specified combined design method,the de-sign work is large with low efficiency and sometime incorrect calculation occurred.Based on the character,well condition and production data in Shengli Oilfield,the design calculation as well,a combined design module is developed.The practical use on site shows its effective use and reliable design with no material waste,energy saving to increase system efficiency for its application in oil-field,which provides design data.

当前,城市的快速扩张导致建设用地供需矛盾日益突出,油田工矿废弃地整治作为土地综合整治规划的重要组成部分,在建设用地指标转移、有效耕地面积增加、生态环境改善等方面可以起到积极的作用。因此,为查清东营市胜利油田工矿废弃地的复垦利用潜力,首先对石油开采对土地利用的影响进行了综述,在此基础上确定了胜利油田工矿废弃地的基本类型,进而对工矿废弃地的现状进行了调查,依据废弃地所在区域的规划用途、灌溉条件、排水条件,盐碱程度、区位条件进行了潜力分区和测算,最终获得了东营市胜利油田工矿废弃地潜力测算的相关数据,可以为该区域工矿废弃地的整治及建设用地、耕地指标的流转与保护提供参考依据。

At present,rapid expansion of the city led to the contradiction between supply and demand of construction land is increasingly outstanding.Industrial and mining waste land in oilfield is an important part of comprehensive land remediation and planning.It can play a positive role in transferring construction using land index,increasing effective cultivated areas and improving ecological environment.Therefore,in order to find out reclamation and utilization potentiality of industrial and mining wasteland of Shengli oil-field in Dongying city,the effect of petroleum exploitation to land use have been summarized in this paper. On this basis,basic types of industrial and mining waste land in Shengli oilfield has been determined,and present condition of the abandoned industrial and mining waste land has been investigated.According to planning purposes,irrigation,drainage condition,alkalization,location conditions,potentiality partition and calculation have been carried out,and the

Chengdao area of Shengli Oilfield is one of the most complex and unstable waters , it is very difficult to repair and maintain the subsea pipeline .The repairing method of subsea pipeline leak in the shallow sea area , and the deformation and frac-ture of outside pipe are discussed , as well as the construction technology of repair .
