A multi-criteria and multi-decision e-commerce-based shipbuilding supply chain network model was established to opti-mize shipbuilding supply chain network. The current shipbuild-ing supply chain was expanded, and the knowledge of e-com-merce was merged into the links of shipbuilding such as procure-ment of raw materials and the supply of auxiliary product, which enable enterprises to manage more effectively, save cost and enhance efficiency. Variational inequality approach was used to analyze the optimal behavior for all levels of decision-makers, and eventually the whole supply chain optimal state was ob-tained. Simulations show the reasonability of the proposed mod-el.

The implementation of supply chain management is an effective way to increase the building efficiency of the shipbuilding industry. Formulating a practical,fair and reasonable profit distribution scheme is the key to estab-lish a cooperation relationship between shipbuilding enterprises. This paper details the corresponding research re-sults from related fields,focusing on steel supply enterprises,segmented manufacturing enterprises and shipbuilding enterprises as the research subjects. The idea and method of the improved model of partner profit allocation which is based on the Shapley-value is discussed. Finally,an example is given to demonstrate the rationality and practicabil-ity of the developed method. The research conclusion is reasonable in theory,applicable in practice,and is able to distribute earnings fairly among shipbuilding supply chain members. Informatization of erection plan network in ships construction is an important element in the implementation process, and a key to pull entire shipbuilding nodes. However, for many shipyards in China, erection plan network diagrams are drawn manually. Based on constrained resource, a model of erection plan network is presented, while network information systems of ship manufacture is designed and developed. Grand blocks erection, working hours, place, equipment, manpower and other resources are input into the system, then system can quickly draw erection network diagrams, and calculate delivery time of hull blocks assembly. Traditional manual paper work is replaced by the implementation of cross-regional system management, and workflow between different parts of the enterprise can runs flexibly, so that lean operation with high efficiency for shipbuilding is greatly promoted.

Based on the supers-efficiency DEA model, this paper assesses the shipping industrial efficiency in China''s major shipbuilding regions from 2010 to 2011 by using three input indices, average of employees, numbers of shipbuilding enterprises and infrastructures of shipbuilding and ship-repairing, and two output indices, shipbuilding industrial gross output value and national share of accomplished shipbuilding. The results show that the average of overall effciency, technology effciency and scale effciency of shipping industry in 14 regions at 2011 becomes higher than those at 2010. It achieves the initial success with readjustment of shipping industrial structure. It also shows that super-effciency value of Shanghai shipbuilding enterprises is much higher than that of other cities and provinces at come.
