The conventional lathe carriage often appears the offset phenomenon in use,and there is excessive wear of pin hole sleeve of the smal skateboard,which affects the machining accura-cy and reduces the efficiency.CA61 40 lathe,for example,the pin hole sleeve is made of 45 steel,whose abrasion resistance is not enough by conventional heat treatment processing.Thus it is necessary to explore the modern heat treatment process to enhance the abrasion resistance of 45 steel,and resolve the actual production fault of lathe carriage.

Deviation condition of traditional lathe carriage during operation was caused by over wear -out issue of sliding plate pin hole sleeve to affect process precision and reduce working efficiency .Taking CA6140 lathe as example and by research and analysis , it found that the wearability of pin hole sleeve material 45 steel was not sufficient by tra-ditional heat treatment process , further the realizability of 45 steel wearability strengthened by current surface treatment process has been discussed , meanwhile lathe carriage failure in operation has been handled .

A finite element( FE) modeling method with cohesive interface and sublaminates was proposed to study interlaminar stress distribution and strength of thick-section composite materials lug.And numerical calculation was carried out on the thick composite laminates three-point bending problem; effectiveness of modeling method for thick-section composite materials stress calculation was verified, Based on this, a three dimensional(3D) FE model of thick-section composite materials lug is designed;then the 3D stress distribution along the hole edge and failure mode of the lug subjected to axial load are discussed.The results and their analysis show preliminarily that:( 1) the failure stress and damage position are mainly concentrated in the no contact region of the hole-axis; stiffer metal sleeves reduce the interlaminar stress concentrations of hole edge, however, this and higher radial tensile stresses in the region lead to reduced carrying capacity of the sleeves adhesive; ( 2 )

In order to increase wort yield from extruding maize startch, response surface method was applied to optimize the extruding process of maize starch with the moisture content of raw materials, film hole diameter, barrel temperature and screw rotating speed as the four reponse vari-ables. A regression model for wort yield was established by using a quadratic orthogonal rotating combination design involving the above four factors at five levels. The optimized extruding conditions were summed up as follows:the moisture content of raw material was 18%, film hole diameter was 10 mm, barrel temperature was at 64℃ and screw rotating speed was 180 r/min. Under the above conditions, wort yield reached up to 78.82%. Besides, the verification test proved the reliability of the established regression model.
