当代哲学家提出“道德运气”（moral luck）的说法①[1]ch2[2]ch3使得“我们是否应该为自己的行为负责”的争论成为热门话题，因为如果我们的行为会受到运气的影响，则我们还需要为自己的行为负责吗？如果道德运气会影响行为的评价，则一个人是否能成为一个有道德的人，似乎也有运气的成分，然而如果我们说“圣人是靠运气”，这显然和我们一般的道德常识或传统的道德理论有所抵触。道德运气的概念是否因此破坏道德责任的基础，道德圣人作为一个道德理想是否因此失去意义。

The statement of “moral luck” proposed by contemporary philosophers leads to the debate“Whether we should be responsible for our actions ”becoming a hot topic.Because if our behaviors are influ-enced by luck, need we be responsible for our behaviors?If moral luck can affect the evaluation of the behav-iors, then whether a person can become a moral person seems to be influenced by luck , too.However, the statement of “The sage is luck” is clearly inconsistent with the general moral common sense or traditional mor-al theory.Does the concept of “moral luck” therefore undermine the basis of moral responsibility? Does the moral saint as a moral ideal therefore lose its meaning?

道德语境论是一种以语境为工具，研究道德原则、道德判断、道德信念以及其他道德实在论和道德认识论问题的实践方法论理论。道德语境论认为不存在道德原则，不存在“事实－价值”依附性，道德判断和道德信念是不需要依赖原则的道德认知过程。道德语境论把人的能动性和语境的权威性摆在了十分突出的位置上，具有较强的反理论性，为实践事实、道德认知过程和人的能力提供了更真实的理论描述。

Moral contexualism , with “context” as an instrument , is a practical methodological theory w hich devotes itself to moral principles , moral judgments , moral beliefs and other problems like moral realism and moral epistemology . Moral contextualism maintains that there are no moral principles or“value‐fact” supervenience , and moral judgments and moral beliefs are not rule‐based moral epistemological process . Human initiative , contextual authority and the trait of anti‐theory play the important role in the theory of moral contexualism ,which provides a more realistic theoretical description for practical reality and moral epistemological process .

在问卷调查的基础上，从道德观、道德情感、道德信仰、道德行为等四个方面对通过当代高职院校学生道德意识现状进行了较为全面的调查与分析结果显示调查，当代高职生在道德意识认识层面较为理想，但在道德践行中存在着一些问题。针对道德意识与道德践行存在的问题，提出了相应的策略。

Based on questionnaires,this study made a general investigation and analysis of the contemporary pro-fessional college students’moral consciousness on moral values,moral behavior,moral belief,and moral emo-tion. At the understanding level of ideal moral consciousness of the contemporary professional college students, there are some problems in the moral practice. Aiming at the existing problems of moral consciousness and moral practice,it puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures.

道德情操的建立需系统而完整的理论去加以指导。孔子的德育思想博大精深，在两千五百年的历史长河中，其崇高的道德理念是后人思想前进的动力，滋润着每个时代人的心田，对当代乃至后代如何做一名“道德的人”，起着指引人们道德信念的方向的作用。孔子的德育思想内容丰富，全面具体，在道德信仰、道德尺度、道德形式上都彰显着中国传统德育的精神理念，积极挖掘孔子道德教育思想中的合理成分及其深刻内涵，吸取精华因子，对提高当代大学生道德教育的效果、解决大学生道德教育的困境、促进思想道德建设为核心的社会主义精神文明建设具有重价值。

Establishment of the moral sentiment needs the guidance of a system and integrity theory .Confu-cius’ moral thoughts are so profound that they have been nourishing and guiding the people spirit in every stage .In moral belief , Confucius ’ moral thoughts have been teaching both contemporary and their descendants how to be a “moral person”.Confucius ’ moral ideological contents are very rich and comprehensive .In the moral beliefs, moral standards and moral form , Confucius’ moral thoughts displayed the traditional moral phi-losophy of China .Actively tapping and using the reasonable and essence factor of Confucius ’ moral thoughts will be highly helpful for improving the effect and solving the plight of contemporary college students ’ moral education , and promoting the socialist spirit construction with the core value of moral cultivation .
