During the Anti-Japanese War (1931-1945), there are two main literature branches in the Northeast-exile literature and enemy-occupied area literature .While China being treaded on , the exile writers and those in enemy-occupied areas expressed their common anti-imperialist appeal .But there are differences in their appeal because of their different political environment , one in straightforward expressions while the other in veiled and roundabout expressions .Toward the theme of anti-feudalism in May Forth Lit-erature, they still hold different opinions as well .In their works, based on their different writing context , experiences, mindset, incli-nation and political understanding , they depicted the subjects from various perspectives about war , homeland , brigands , workers and intellectuals .
